Client Care Coordinator & Marketer, Tracey Trevino

Perhaps helping with her grandparents’ care was a preview of things to come for Tracey Trevino, who joined Home Instead® of Victoria and became the award-winning franchise’s client care coordinator/marketer in February 2022.

“I was very close to my grandparents, some of whom have passed. I helped take care of them until their passing. I understand what taking care of a senior loved one is like, and I am very passionate about seeing our company do its best to help each client,” said Tracey, who serves as the liaison between Home Instead and its clients. She assists with client consultations and caregiving compliance. Her job also includes marketing.

Her marketing skills were increased exponentially from an education that includes an associate degree in business management, and Tracey is near the end of her coursework that will result in a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Above all, her compassionate heart is a great fit with Home Instead. “Before starting at Home Instead, I worked in hospital case management. Case management gave me insights in the hospital-to-home process. I was able to better understand the transfer process that the clients experience when they go from the hospital to facilities or in-home care,” Tracey said.

Home Instead co-owners Dillon Rice and Pietro Jordao were pleased to see Tracey bring her charisma and compassion to Home Instead. “I have always been very outgoing and a ‘people person.’ So, when Home Instead hired me, I was ecstatic!” said Tracey, who has been married for 12 years to her husband James. “We have two children and three fur babies, and I love spending most of time with them. I enjoy traveling as often as I can, but I am pretty much a homebody. I love sports, including baseball.”

 Tracey’s favorite personal philosophy is: “Only by giving are you able to receive more than you already have.”
