My mother has Victoria (Tori) as a helper from home instead. Mom still wants her independence and Tori is invaluable! Tori runs errands, helps her with personal hygiene and keeps her company! My interaction with home instead has been more on scheduling (I do not live nearby) and all billing and communications concerning scheduling and any issue have been easy and professional. We have been very pleased with Home Instead the past 2 1/2 years. As with any such service, it might take a couple of tries to find a caregiver that is a good fit for your unique situation, but the staff does their best to find that caregiver the first time. Any concerns we have had have been addressed promptly, for which we are grateful.
Stephanie and Chris are both loving people with empathy for what a family goes through with carrying for maturing family members. They take the time to find the right people to provide quality of life for the people that need a little assistance while maintaining their home environment. We have 24-hour care and use Home Instead to take care of part of our shifts. When we need a caregiver substitution, Home Instead finds a caregiver to take the shift. It has been a great relief to have a service where the staff is so kind and caring to our needs. We have had many different caregivers over the years, and they have all been very professional and caring. I want to thank Francis for being such a wonderful caregiver to my parents. You have shown them kindness, compassion, and respect every day. You have made them feel comfortable, safe, and loved in their own home.

Please give your staff members who took care of my father a big thank you. I think the girl who came out the most was Miranda ?! My brother Cuck mentioned so many wonderful and kind words about her, she was a perfect fit for my dad. We felt very comfortable knowing she was there taking care of our hero, even though dad didn't wear a cape he surly deserved one. Please tell her she has a big heart and we wouldn't have ask anyone else to take care of dad. Again thank y'all for coming out last minute saving us, we were literally standing there with out luggage ready to get on a plane home to South Caroline when Pietro and Dillon showed up! At 6pm!!! Home Instead care providers were exceptional. They were all kind-hearted, professional, eager to please and centered on the care of my step-dad. We are intermittent clients. We only need services about one week every few months when we are in town. Both the office staff and the care providers themselves have made scheduling very easy.
My husband is a quadriplegic due to a fall and needs total assistance, so we have caregivers daily. Home Instead has done a great job matching staff to our needs. If there has been any issue with a caregiver that I could not resolve, the agency was quick to step in. I cannot say enough positive things about our current caregivers - they are prompt, efficient, follow instructions well and truly care about my husband's well-being.
