Franklin May 2021 Professional CAREGiver of the Month - Michelle E.
Meet Michelle E., Franklin’s Professional CAREGiver of the Month for May. Michelle has only been with Home Instead since March 2021. However, she has already made a lasting impression. Her supervisor says, “In just a month’s time, Michelle has created a bond with Mr. Bill that I haven’t seen him have in a very long time. It reminds us why we do what we do for our clients.” Michelle has an 8-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl. She moved here from Los Angeles in October 2020 after having lived there for 15 years. She says even though the weather was great in California, she is happier here in the south.
When she has spare time, she likes to read the Bible or a good mystery novel. You may also find her eating at her favorite restaurant, O’Charley’s. She says being a caregiver gives her joy and her supervisor certainly gets joy from working with Michelle, saying, “Michelle is the sweetest of us all and I have never seen her without a smile on her face”. We certainly hope Michelle continues to spread joy with Home Instead for many years to come!
