Meet Franklin’s Client and Professional CAREGiver Spotlight for April, Naomi D. and her caregiver, Lotta P. Lotta and Ms. Naomi are an example of the relationship that grows naturally between a caregiver and client. Not only is Lotta Ms. Naomi’s caregiver, but she is her friend and family. Ms. Naomi counts on Lotta's punctuality and her initiative to get the daily routine done, which she knows by heart now. Ms. Lotta has been with Ms. Naomi since 2019 when she began care with us. Lotta has helped Ms. Naomi through her chemo, dealing with the struggles of COVID and confinement, and the loss of her husband. You can see the compassionate heart and love that Lotta has for Ms. Naomi through her work and detailed care. This is the type of relationship that exemplifies one of our core beliefs of “Sharing Our Hearts”. We hope that Ms. Naomi and Lotta share their hearts with each other for many years to come!
