Meet Our Team

Corrie and Don Boger, are the Co-Owners of the Home Instead in Berlin, MD that serves the three lower counties of the Eastern Shore. Corrie and Don have been married since the year 2000. They have two girls: Sydney and Samantha. They live locally in Berlin, MD. Corrie and Don both have years of experience working in healthcare. Corrie has worked for almost twenty years in the hospital setting, and in home care, as a team manager for a hospice company in Delaware. Don has fifteen years of experience as a licensed nursing home administrator.

Tricia's responsibilities include staffing and scheduling our clients and hiring our Caregivers. Tricia cares greatly for older adults in our community. She has worked for Home Instead since 2007. Tricia has a son, daughter and granddaughter, and loves living near the Ocean.

Crystal brings her local upbringing and experiences to the Home Instead service areas. Growing up in the local community has helped her to understand the needs of our populations. She is active in the community by participating in many groups and organizations such as the Worcester County Emergency Response Team and the Ocean Pines and Salisbury Chamber of Commerce. She is also an active member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary and The American Legion.

She resides in Worcester County along with her son and four legged family of dogs, lizards and cat.

Erin is responsible for care professional recruitment, training and development. Her experience includes caring for seniors in a nursing home, medical assistance in pediatrics, caregiving with Home Instead and serving as clinical supervisor for Tidal Health Cardiology before rejoining us in this role. She has 4 daughters and 3 sons and resides in Mardela Springs.
