We have a longstanding tradition of recognizing one Care Professional each year who exemplifies the highest level of compassion in her or his work with clients, as well as the dependability and reliability that we count on in an employee. Please congratulate the 2021 Care Professional of the year:
Jean Klecak
Jean began working with us in May 2016. She came to Home Instead after caring for her husband. Since that time, Jean has worked with many different clients whose needs varied from the most basic home helper assistance to higher level personal care. She has worked with clients who show limited signs of cognitive decline, as well as those who are struggling with later stages of cognitive decline. Jean is someone who we all feel confident will be successful in working with a broad range of clients.
Jean’s day-to-day actions, whether on the job or not, reveal her generosity and kindness toward others. From the moment she joined our team back in 2016, we have heard stories about her ability to assist and improve the days of our clients. Clients, family members and CAREGivers routinely tell us what an amazing CAREGiver Jean is. Furthermore, we know that Jean is nearly always willing to jump in at the last minute to make sure a client’s needs are met.
What makes Jean even more admirable is that she maintains a positive attitude and puts her clients first even when she faces challenges outside of work. Jean does not focus on those challenges when she is with her clients; instead, she helps them to have the best day possible through her assistance, kindness, and warmth. Jean is someone who challenges and motivates us all to be better people!
