It took a while to find the perfect match of caregivers for a patient who is bed bound and non communicative. In particular, the caregivers Diane and Dana have taught me, the primary caregiver, how to reposition the patient to prevent bed sores, helping him eat, and keep him clean. Diane is the master of bed baths, she bathes my husband twice a week and helps trim his hair and beard. Sometimes s story will start from eating a fruit or toast. I enjoy watching my client enjoying how I shampoo her hair . My client brings me Joy knowing that I made another day. A good day! I enjoy and love grocery shopping thinking about she likes this ; she just loves that or I'm gonna get this and she's gonna be surprised. I love and enjoy the both of us picking out her clothes to wear for a family event. We pick out the top and coordinate pant, jewlery, shoes. There's so many choices to choose," Darlene shares. Skilled in dementia, companionship and hospice. there was this one last in hospice. name was sherry. she'd call me her niece. providence hospice rn would say, darlene, it's okay when she call you by her niece name. the rn said, you can keep talking to her. sherry enjoys it. i did what the rn said. all of a sudden sherry called me her niece name as she always did and said, she was gonna get up and beat the blank out of me! " oh my goodness,! the rn gently rub my back and said, darlene, it's okay . sherry can't get out of bed. we both sort of like smiled. you know that was my first hospice experience. i was working for roth senior care. i felt good knowing that somehow i made sherry comfortable to call me her niece name. and i felt good helping sherry cross over if that makes sense. i have worked with other his hospice clients., Darlene finds joy in the details of each visit. "The beginning of my shift! I like to observe my surroundings before hand," Darlene says of a typical day.

And working hours are great. Roth staff and staffing staff works with the employees.. Ah I think I started Roth ( 2013 or 2014. And still," Darlene notes.
