Gianna Loftis, MHA, CHFM, CSA—Administrator
Gianna has always had a passion for helping people. Part of this passion stemmed from caring for her father during his two-year battle with a rare form of pancreatic cancer which left a great impression on Gianna’s heart. In 2007, Gianna started Home Instead after working for some of the largest hospitals in the US as a consultant. Gianna stresses outstanding customer service, having the industry’s best training and not having a Care Professional do anything that she would not do herself. Gianna completed her Master of Healthcare Administration, is a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager, and a Certified Senior Advisor. Gianna and Phil have 3 children and consider themselves blessed to have a special needs child. Gianna enjoys attending church, bible studies, and her children’s athletic events.

Phil Loftis, Client Care Coordinator
Phil has always believed in the mantra of service first. He served in the Navy as a Seabee during the First Gulf War. After graduating from UNT with a degree in Finance, Phil decided to embark on a path of Entrepreneurship and opened a Sign and Printing Company that he owned and operated for 12 years. After helping care for his grandmother before she passed, Phil decided to sell his sign company and join his wife Gianna in operating Home Instead. Phil’s particular passion is helping Veterans and their spouses obtain services from Home Instead. Phil enjoys attending his children’s athletic events, coaching and regularly attending church.
