Joe Wrin, Owner
Joe Wrin is the owner of the Anderson and Muncie Home Instead® Franchise. He is a graduate of of Highland High School, Cincinnati Christian University and has completed graduate studies at the University of Notre Dame. Joe opened his franchise in 2007 to help a few local seniors. 16 years later, Home Instead has become the leader of Non-Medical homecare in the Muncie and Anderson area. He truly has a heart for caring, and does his very best to provide the highest quality care for his clients. Joe and his family are life long residents of Madison County.
Steve Leach, General Manager
Steve is a life long Delaware County resident and 26 year military veteran who currently serves in the Air Force Reserves. Steve builds relationships with aging adults and their families as a Client Care Coordinator and General Manager for Delaware, Madison and NW Henry County. Steve shares a deep passion for delivering valuable home care to your family. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
Mary Adams, Recruitment/Engagement and Training Coordinator
Karla Mendoza, Service and Office Coordinator
Karla started working as a Care Professional for Home Instead® in 2023. Her passion for senior care started as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a local nursing facility. Karla is furthering her education pursuing a nursing degree. When Karla is not working or studying, she enjoys reading books, taking hikes, and trying new foods.
Stevie Ann Heiser, Home Care Consultant and Client Care Coordinator
Stevie Ann joined Home Instead in January 2024. Stevie Ann's passion for senior care started when she worked as an Activities Director at a Nursing facility. After working in the field, she then became a regional Marketing & Admissions Liaison. With many years of experience in Customer Service, Stevie Ann has great people skills and is passionate about her career. When Stevie Ann is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, boating at the lake, playing softball and hunting.
Mary Jo McClure, On-Call coordinator
Mary Jo joined Home Instead® as a CarePro in 2014 after Home Instead took care of her parents. Mary Jo wants to give back and work for a company where she can take pride in her work. Mary Jo has now moved over to the scheduling department as On-Call Staff. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking and gardening. Mary Jo’s Family is her pride and joy.
Regan Jones, On Call Coordinator
Regan is another after hours Scheduling Coordinator. She works with the CarePros and the clients, making sure all CarePro call offs get filled and client cancellations get communicated to the CarePros. Regan takes calls all hours of the day, night and on holidays. Regan is thorough, persistent and compassionate in her staffing.
Kate Wrin, Nursing Student Intern
My name is Kate Wrin, I am currently an intern with Home Instead. I previously worked as a Care Professional for almost four years. I am a junior at Ball State University in the School of Nursing. Home Instead is where I found my passion for working in healthcare and I cannot wait to grow my experience through this internship.
