Our May 2022 Brian Geenty Caring Star is... Kelly Kegarise!
It's time to celebrate our May Caring Star! Many times, the Caring Star Award Winner is recognized for an "exceptional act of kindness" during the month. It might be a Care Professional that has accepted many shifts during a challenging time, or support that has impacted both a client and family members in a very positive way! For this month we are recognizing one of our "Care Professionals" that we rarely hear from.
Yes, she is exceptional in so many ways! She will be celebrating her 4th Year Anniversary with Home Instead in July, and has delivered exceptional care to her clients! When Kelly joined Home Instead, she experienced the death of two of our seniors very early in her career. As the owner, I thought she would call at any time and resign based on the trauma this can cause. For Kelly she persevered, and she was truly grateful to share in the support for the families at that time. Kelly is a leader and key player in so many ways! She arrives on time, every time and she welcomes the opportunity to care for seniors and embraces the challenge.
This Caring Super Star has cared for the same family for years. She drove from Myersville to New Market every day and was embraced by a challenging family that grew to love her! Kelly is truly the real deal. No drama, just passionate care! She is a "Utility Player" and has touched so many lives by being committed to care and focused on love! It is with great honor that we welcome Kelly Kegarise into our Caring Star Award Winners for May of 2022!
