Home Instead is a trusted provider of home care in Frederick, Carroll, and Washington Counties. We are currently hiring for part-time Care Pros to work with seniors, wherever they call home. At Home Instead, you will be more than just a Caregiver. You will be a Care Professional (Care Pro) assisting a client in their Care Journey. We are looking for people who want to make a difference through their work.
We offer an initial and on-going training program to prepare you for your work with your clients. We also honor Care Pros through a recognition program to ensure you get the credit you deserve, as well as offering competitive pay & benefits.
Client needs vary, so we match Care Professionals’ skills to the clients' needs. You may be asked to do light housekeeping, companionship, outings, medical appointments, showers, toileting, medication reminders, dressing, grooming, oral care, and making meals.
Successful Care Professionals come from various backgrounds and skill levels including:
- Experienced caregivers.
- People with caring hearts without caregiving experience.
- Caregivers, CNAs, or GNAs who enjoy assisted living, or skilled nursing but want a change from a facility.
- Home health, hospice, or home care aides.

Schedules Available
- A variety of hours are available; we work with your availability to provide you an on-going, recurring schedule.
- Daylights, evenings, and overnights available.

Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance
- Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
- Ability to lift 25 lbs or more
