The administrative assistant must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work well in a team setting. The receptionist is responsible for performing a variety of duties that support both the office administrative staff and caregiving staff in order to provide the highest quality service to our clients. Scheduling experience is preferred, as this position includes being an assistant to the scheduler among other duties. You must possess the following competencies: Must be reliable and timely. Attendance and punctuality is a must. Must present a professional appearance and demeanor and perform duties in a professional office setting. Must be able to prioritize and be detail orientated in order to efficiently organize, plan and multitask daily and monthly work. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
