Nicole James GM

Nicole James - General Manager

With her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Nicole has always worked in the helping profession. Her stated desire is to "help as many people as I can," and her background spans counseling children, high school students and adults; she now opens her heart to senior adults and their families here at Home Instead. Meeting and advising clients and prospective clients, encouraging, and empowering them to overcome the challenges of aging in place, is her focus now for families like yours.  Nicole’s experience also helps lead and guide her team to success in providing care for our clients.  You can contact Nicole directly at nicole.james@homeinsteadla.net.

Sharon Genre

Sharon Genre - Family Service Consultant

Born in Baton Rouge but raised in Denham Springs, Sharon graduated from Denham Springs High before getting her license in Cosmetology where she found her passion for working with seniors! Sharon was drawn to Home Instead by our ability to help seniors live their lives to the fullest! She enjoys working with families and our clients to provide them with helpful information about Home Instead. Casey Marshall

Casey Marshall - Client Care Coordinator

Casey is a recent graduate from Nicholls State University where she studied marketing and was also a competitive swimmer. She found her way to Home Instead after having personal experience assisting to care for a family member with dementia. At Home Instead, Casey facilitates and supports families in their quest to find and receive the best care for their loved ones. Casey treats all of her clients as if they were a member of her own family. In her spare time, Casey enjoys reading, movies, concerts and spending time with her amazing family. Shaune Berthelot

Shaune Berthelot - Home Care Consultant

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Shaune graduated from St. Joseph's Academy before attending LSU and graduating from ULL. Shaune has 10 years of experience in Community Relations and Marketing/Community in the healthcare industry. Shaune was brought to Home Instead due to her passion for helping others every day, which was taught to her by her parents and is excited to be a part of a team whose main goal is to improve the lives of seniors in our community! In her spare time, Shaune enjoys volunteering her time with her Daughter by serving on the Board at McMains Children's Developmental Center and belonging to the National Charity League. Connie Lassard HR

Connie Lassard - Recruiting Coordinator

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Connie graduated from Central high before holding a couple different office positions in the medical field working primarily with the senior community. Connie was brought to Home Instead by her passion for matching our clients with the right Care Pros to suit their needs. Lisa Faucheux

Lisa Faucheux, Service Coordinator

Lisa gained both her Medical Assistant and Medical Office Management degree from South Central Louisiana Technical College a quick hour away from her home town of Garyville, LA.  After earning her degree, Lisa held other positions as a scheduler for multiple companies before finding Home Instead Senior Care through a staffing agency.  Lisa says that it is by far the most fulfilling position she has ever had the pleasure to have.  Outside of Home Instead Lisa spends her time with her husband of 22 years, Gary. Shannon Wolf

Shannon Wolf - Concierge Manager

Shannon brings 32+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry.  Her various roles include Human Resource Director, Trainer and Compliance Officer with home health and hospice companies.  In her service to others, she has also been a paramedic and phlebotomist.  Shannon’s experience and compassion show how she can assess and recognize the needs of our clients.  She is committed to helping them receive the highest quality of care while remaining in their home.  You may reach Shannon at shannon.wolf@homeinstead.com.

Theresa Spencer Mentor

Theresa Spencer - Care Pro Mentor

Theresa has been caregiving for as long as she can remember. She started taking care of various family members at 12 years old and has worked as a professional caregiver since she was 18 years old. She is highly skilled and experienced; she is passionate about educating and mentoring our new and tenured caregivers. She also takes the time to educate our clients and their families on how to successfully provide the best care for themselves or their loved ones. Besides being an excellent caregiver and mentor, Ms. Theresa is a fabulous cook with aspirations to develop her own cookbook so that she can share her delicious but easy to make recipes with other caregivers and the world!  

EV Wallace

E.V. Wallace - Vice President of Operations & Compliance

E.V. brings 18+ years’ experience in multiple facets of the senior living industry to her role at Home Instead, including service as Executive Director at an assisted living community.  A Baton Rouge native, E.V. previously served Home Instead for 5 years in a variety of capacities, most recently as General Manager for 3 years and was recently promoted to the Vice President of Operations & Compliance.  She has a deep understanding of the intricacies of aging as well as practical experience helping families, she is uniquely able to support and guide our team to underpin successful aging in place for you and your loved ones.  You can contact E.V. directly at ev.wallace@homeinsteadla.net.

Kelee King

Kelee King - Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Kelee has worked for Home Instead for more than 5 years, offers extensive knowledge of senior care in addition to her passion and caring for seniors and their families.  Her experience, enthusiasm and winning personality is perfect for connecting with the community and referral sources.  She is an expert in developing relationships to further promote the services offered by Home Instead.  Kelee was recently promoted to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and provides marketing leadership and guidance to her team which helps lead us to success. Tiffney Crochet - Virtual Recruiter

As a virtual recruiter, Tiffney is proactive in sourcing, recruiting, screening, hiring and onboarding a staff of Care Professionals in order to provide the highest quality of service to our clients.

· She is responsible for developing and implementing new recruitment strategies online and within the community.

· Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.

· Schedule CAREGiver orientation and all training including training required to meet Home Instead® Standards and additional optional training.

· Evaluate and update all orientation and training materials as needed.

· She facilitates a professional and effective method of interviewing potential Care Professionals, coordinating with Ainsley 2.0 board members, to create the most attractive form of presentation.

What can Tiffney assist you with: Professional and Best Practice of onboarding, interviewing and training. She is proficient in providing team support to all new KeyPlayers in the field.
