Lisa Faucheux2

Lisa Faucheux, Service Coordinator

Lisa gained both her Medical Assistat and Medical Office Management degree from South Central Louisiana Technical College a quick hour away from her home town of Garyville, LA.

After earning her degree, Lisa held other positions as a schedule for multiple companies before finding Home Instead Senior Care through a staffing agency.

Lisa says that it is by far the most fulfilling position she has ever had the pleasure to have.

Outside of Home Instead Lisa spends her time with her husband of 22 years, Gary. Thier son is attending Southwest Community College and they all enjoy scuba diving, hunting, fishing and camping.

Adrienne "Addie" Gaskins - Client Services Coordinator

Hailing from Bern, NC Addie moved to Louisiana about a year ago after her fiancé got out of the Marine Corp and wanted to move back home. Addie originally joined Home Instead as a CAREGiver before holding her current position in Client Services. Outside of work, Addie enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs and fiancé riding motorcycles, reading, cooking new recipes and experiencing different cultures.

Brandy McCarthy - Recruiter

Originally from the Home of the Strawberry Festival (Ponchatoula!), Brandy started to earn her degree in business management before being graced with her daughter. Before joining Home Instead, Brandy held a General Manager position and was also an Office Supervisor. Brandy was drawn to Home Instead by a friend of hers that had finished our orientation program and called to tell her about it, so she decided to apply to join our team as well! 
Outside of work, Brandy takes care of her 4 children and 3 beautiful granddaughters, her and her husband also enjoy traveling!

Hannah Melancon - Corporate Director of Service Coordination

Hannah Melancon started working at Home Instead in April 2020. Hannah holds the title of Director of Service Coordination. The main responsibilities of her position include overseeing daily operations to all of our Service Coordinators to ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently and in order. Hannah also oversees the care of current Medicaid and VA clients, assisting with new Medicaid and VA clients, and coordinating those schedules. Before she joined Home Instead, she was the Office Manger at Arkansas Home Care Assistance. Hannah was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. When she is not working, her life is dedicated to her precious 8-year-old Paisley and her very well-loved cat Belle. Hannah loves trail riding, traveling, watching movies, and crafts.
