Mindy joined Home Instead after experiencing first-hand the challenges of dealing with long term illness and needing in home care. She understands how even a small amount of help can be a tremendous gift to a family. During a 10-year battle with Lyme Disease, Mindy and her family brought help into the home to assist with housekeeping and other duties. Bringing a stranger into the home to help out was very difficult but had a tremendous impact by lightening the burden on family members and helping Mindy heal. Mindy's goal is to use her experiences to help others get through similar situations and help them find the care and support that they need.

Mindy's strong background in quality assurance and employee training, as well as a strong drive for excellence supports her goals of providing high quality and effective care for our clients.

Ciara provides free Care Consultations with prospective clients and their families to share how we may be of assistance in their homes. She develops and maintains detailed care assessments for each of our clients to ensure the highest quality of care is provided. Her diverse background as a Care Professional, in business management and customer service gives her a unique perspective on providing high quality care for our clients. She utilizes this perspective to find solutions that benefit all parties and promote best outcomes.

In Ciara's free time, she can be found spending time with family and and her dog Drake.

Skylare utilizes her many years of caregiving experience to provide top notch and reliable schedules for our clients and Care Professionals. She strives to find an excellent fit with Care Professionals and clients to maximize their experience with Home Instead.  Skylare is very dedicated to providing reliable and quality care to those we serve. Skylare loves to spend time with her family in her spare time.

Ginny is focused on all things Care Professional! Ginny started caregiving after her family provided care for a loved one and she saw the gift of keeping a loved one at home. Ginny’s passion is taking care of our Care Pros and ensuring that they love their journey with Home Instead. Ginny ensures that Care Pros fully utilize the resources we have developed to support them as well as making sure they feel appreciated for the amazing work they do for their clients.

Abby uses her past experience as a caregiver to recruit, hire and train amazing people for our care team. Abby’s focus on finding reliable and highly caring people feeds our mission of providing high quality, reliable care for our clients.  Abby provides training and support to ensure the Care Pro’s are set up for success in the home.

Anita works closely with Ciara to ensure that the client care plans are current and set the Care Pro’s up for success working in the home.  Anita uses her skills as a prior Care Pro to ensure that the clients have an excellent experience by performing quality assurance checks and calls. 

Maliyah and Yeva’s roles include supporting the office, Care Professionals, and clients. Their focus is mentoring Care Pro’s throughout their career with Home Instead, making introductions for Care Pro’s and clients, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office.

Perry is the good will ambassador in the office and takes his responsibilities very seriously!  He is a foody who loves to put a smile on the face of everyone he meets.
