Mindy joined Home Instead after experiencing first-hand the challenges of dealing with long term illness and needing in home care. She understands how even a small amount of help can be a tremendous gift to a family. During a 10-year battle with Lyme Disease, Mindy and her family brought help into the home to assist with housekeeping and other duties. Bringing a stranger into the home to help out was very difficult but had a tremendous impact by lightening the burden on family members and helping Mindy heal. Mindy's goal is to use her experiences to help others get through similar situations and help them find the care and support that they need.

Mindy's strong background in quality assurance and employee training, as well as a strong drive for excellence supports her goals of providing high quality and effective care for our clients.

Ciara provides free Care Consultations with prospective clients and their families to share how we may be of assistance in their homes. She develops and maintains detailed care assessments for each of our clients to ensure the highest quality of care is provided. Her diverse background as a Care Professional, in business management and customer service gives her a unique perspective on providing high quality care for our clients. She utilizes this perspective to find solutions that benefit all parties and promote best outcomes.

In Ciara's free time, she can be found spending time with family and and her dog Drake.

Olivia is our Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator. Her focus is on enhancing the environment and experience for our clients, their families and our Care Professionals. With her experience as a professional caregiver and working in memory care, she is able to use her knowledge to support our Care Professionals and clients. In her free time Olivia enjoys traveling and spending time with her family!

Skylare utilizes her many years of caregiving experience to provide top notch and reliable schedules for our clients and Care Professionals. She strives to find an excellent fit with Care Professionals and clients to maximize their experience with Home Instead.  Skylare is very dedicated to providing reliable and quality care to those we serve. Skylare loves to spend time with her family in her spare time.

Erin was inspired to join Home Instead after caring for her grandmother for many years. Erin focuses on day-to-day operations in our office to ensure our franchise runs smoothly and efficiently. Erin also processes our billing and payroll and handles the behind the scenes needs of the office. In her free time Erin enjoys spending time with her family, her two German Shepherds and her bird.  She loves to paint and enjoys working as a bridal hair expert on weekends.

Lizzy started caregiving shortly after high school and has years of experience both in communities and as an in-home Care Professional for Home Instead.  Lizzy uses what she learned to provide exceptional support for our team of Care Pros.  Lizzy provides on-site training, new Care Pro introductions and makes sure our Care Pros have all the support they need to be extremely happy and successful.  In her spare time, Lizzy enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as her cat Petey.

Derek started with Home Instead as a Care Professional and moved into the Lead Care Pro position for our Jefferson office.  Derek uses his experience as a Care Pro to help support our team of Care Pros as well as help out with other duties around the office.  Derek provides on-site training, new Care Pro introductions and makes sure our Care Pros have all the support they need to be extremely happy and successful.  In his spare time, Derek enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as his dog Romeo. 

Perry loves to visit the office and spread joy wherever he goes.  He is especially fond of snuggles and treats.  He volunteers a lot of his time to caring for his younger brother, a very rambunctious black lab pup named Mic.  Perry is a foody and in his spare time loves to visit the neighbors, entertain everyone he meets and of course nap like a pro!
