Our team at Home Instead of Lancaster is filled with some of the best people and hardest-working caregivers. It's important to us that they understand how much they mean to us, so we brought our team together for a delightful outing to an Amish farm, immersing ourselves in the picturesque landscapes that Lancaster has to offer.
The highlight of the day was an enchanting Amish wagon and buggy ride through the heart of the Amish farm community. Guided by the knowledgeable and friendly "Hans," our Amish tour guide, the rustic horse-drawn buggy provided a unique and serene experience, offering glimpses into the simplicity and beauty of Amish life. After the tour, we had a delicious lunch at Agape, a faith-based, family-owned cafe and grille. Offering a diverse menu featuring breakfast platters, sandwiches, homemade soups, smoked meats, gourmet desserts, and more, Agape provided the perfect setting for our team to relax, unwind, and savor the flavors of the day.
