Meet Our Team

John is our owner and has been with Home Instead since 2010. He brings a passionate, optimistic vision to our team. Given his experience in the insurance industry, he has developed the ability to strongly communicate and understand the various needs of people. He enjoys building relationships and serving the community. John is always up for adventure and brings a spirit of generosity and laughter to our team. 

Jennifer started as a caregiver in 2018. Briefly left in 2019 and came back in 2021. Jennifer and her husband are married for 43 years and spent a large part of their lives serving in the church. They were missionaries Puerto Rico and Budapest Hungary for over 10 years. Jennifer has 4 children and 4 grandchildren she loves spending time with.

“When I settled in Lancaster County, it seemed natural to serve the elder community. What we do at Home Instead is life changing. Lancaster County is rich with history.  It is a blessing to listen and walk beside those who have walked before us.”

Lisa joined Home Instead the end of 2022. She spent almost two decades in Real Estate before joining the Home Instead team. In her 20’s she studied Nursing and was a Therapeutic music consultant for multiple retirement facilities in Lancaster County. Lisa has a heart for seniors and is passionate about their care. Lisa and her husband of 29 years reside in Lititz.  They have three sons. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and volunteering.

Bethany started out at Home Instead as a Caregiver in 2020 before transitioning to her current role in the office. Outside of work, Bethany enjoys going to the cabin, spending time with her friends and family, any outdoor physical activity, and being involved with her church’s young adult bible study.

“One thing I love about Home Instead is the connections I am able to form with clients, caregivers, and my coworkers. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories and this job allows me to do that. I am thankful to work at a place where everyone truly cares about each other and is so encouraging and supportive!”

Joanne has worked for Home Instead since 2017 in various roles. She loves her role as Homecare Consultant. She says her job gives her incredible satisfaction, knowing she has been able to make a positive difference in someone’s life whether it be something little or large. Outside of work, Joanne enjoys having her 9 grandkids on weekends.

Charlene loves connecting with and meeting new people. As office coordinator, it allows her the opportunity to speak with our clients and care professionals daily. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, traveling, playing with her three grandchildren and health coaching.

Angi has been married for 12 years and has 5 amazing kids who she enjoys making memories with! Angi has a heart to bring people joy, and loves being in a role that allows her to create connections with our clients and Care Professionals.

Cara joined the team at Home Instead the beginning of 2023. She has worked in Elementary Education and Real Estate. Cara has lived in Lancaster County all of her life. She has three children and lives in the Manheim Township area. In her spare time, Cara enjoys spending time with her kids and dogs, hiking and reading.

Lou is a retired Financial executive, having spent over 40 years in the utility industry as a CPA. He and his wife have four married daughters and 6 grandchildren.

Angela joined the team at Home Instead in 2023. She is most passionate about helping individuals connect and building strong relationships. She feels especially blessed to be part of a team that is committed to doing just that.

Angela lives in Lancaster County and enjoys a fun filled life with her husband and four daughters. Her favorite past times are reading, walking the dogs-only when it isn’t cold out, and watching her kids participate in extracurricular activities.
