Meet Our Team

Michael Neupauer, Franchise Owner/ President

Michael Neupauer, Franchise Owner/ President

Michael possesses more than 25 years of business experience in Health Care and Finance. He holds a M.B.A. and a B.S. in Finance/ Pre-Law from Indiana University of PA. He and his mother, Patty, founded the local Home Instead Senior Care office in February 2005. Since then, the office has helped hundreds of seniors and positively impacted the lives of thousands more. Mike has been active in the community; serving three terms on the Ellwood City Area School Board; Past President of the Ellwood City Amateur Baseball Federation and the Ellwood City Area Chamber of Commerce; and a board member of the Ellwood City Area Family Center. Home Instead is a proud member of the Ellwood City and Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce. He is happily married to his wife, Sheila and is the proud father of his two children, Dia and Nicholas.

Lisa Power, Service Manager

Lisa joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in 2011 as the Administrative Assistant. In the ensuing years Lisa has served in the role of Scheduling Coordinator and Retention Coordinator, before being named Service Manager in 2017. As service Manager, Lisa is responsible for managing the Scheduling Department, as well as the Recruitment and Retention of our CAREGivers. Lisa is happily married to her husband, Chris, and is the proud mother of her three children - Zach, Abby, and Megan. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

Amy Pisano - Administrative Assistant

Amy Pisano, Administrative Assistant

As Administrative Assistant Amy is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties that support our CAREGivers and staff. In addition to answering the phones, Amy is responsible for managing our telephony system, assisting with invoicing and payroll, and coordinating our VA billing and collections.

Amy was a CAREGiver with Home Instead Senior Care for 3 years before joining the office staff in January of 2019 as the Administrative Assistant. She has Bachelors Degree in Chemistry and Music from Lycoming College. She has been married to her husband Tom for 15 years. They have 2 children, Grace and Olivia. Other than enjoying time with her family, Amy enjoys running and singing with her church's worship team.

Maddy Mercado – Recruitment Coordinator

Maddy Mercado, Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of duties for the recruitment of CAREGiversSM. The Recruitment Coordinator recruits, screens, hires, and onboards outstanding CAREGivers to provide the highest quality service to our clients.

Maddy has experience in direct care, working with Alzheimer's and dementia clients, and retail. She is currently working on her bachelor's degree in Business and Healthcare Administration. Maddy is happily married and has 2 kids, Christopher and Rosa, and they have 3 cats and a dog. Maddy loves spending time with her husband and kids. Maddy loves to paint, crochet, and read in her free time. She also enjoys taking her kids to special events that are held in her kid's schools. 

Pam Watterson - Scheduling Coordinator

Pam Watterson, Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinators perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients. The Scheduling Coordinators are responsible for scheduling clients and CAREGiversSM in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.

After spending twenty years working as an Administrative Assistant in Academia, Pam joined Home Instead in 2016 as the Scheduling Coordinator. Pam went back to school as an adult and obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management in 2014. She is the proud mom of three adult children, two cats and has 3 "grand dogs and two grand cats." In her spare-time she loves spending time with her family and also enjoys scrapbooking and supporting the local Pittsburgh sports teams (Pirates, Penguins and Steelers).

Rikki Mravintz, Client Care Coordinator

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of duties that relate to client care including care consultations with potential clients and family members, client/CAREGiverSM introductions and quality assurance visits with existing clients. They use the consultative sales approach to determine each individual client's needs to provide solutions and create a tailored service plan. They continuously evaluate the plan through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality care, client satisfaction and retention.

After years of experience working in direct care for individuals with mental and physical disabilities and in customer service. Rikki joined the staff at Home Instead in April of 2017. Outside of work, Rikki enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is married and has three children.

Kayla Book – Client Care Coordinator

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of duties that relate to client care including care consultations with potential clients and family members, client/CAREGiverSM introductions and quality assurance visits with existing clients. They use the consultative sales approach to determine each individual client's needs to provide solutions and create a tailored service plan. They continuously evaluate the plan through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality care, client satisfaction and retention.

Kayla had previously worked in direct care for individuals with mental and physical disabilities for 12 years, She joined our team at Home Instead in May of 2019. She lives in Ellwood City, where she is raising her three children. She enjoys supporting local small businesses and participating in charitable events. In her spare time, she enjoys taking Les Mills group fitness classes and spending time with her kids, whether it's a family movie night or attending one of their sporting events.

Teri Bailey, On-Call Supervisor

The On Call Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of on-call duties. The On-Call Supervisor works closely with the Service Coordinators in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.

Teri joined our team in September of 2012. The On-Call Supervisor is responsible for supervising business operations at all times outside of regular business hours. Teri provides support to our CAREGivers to help them provide the best care for our clients, as well as handling any scheduling issues that arise. Outside of work, Teri is very active in all the activities of her kids and foster kids.
