5) I love learning new ways to meet challenges.
At Home Instead Senior Care we pride ourselves on the most comprehensive training program available to Care Pros. You can receive up to 20 hours of paid training per year via the Caregiver classroom, job shadowing, guest speakers, and our online training curriculum. You customize your learning plan based on your existing skills and what new skills you’d like to develop.

At Home Instead Senior Care we value the safety and security of our Care Professionals above all else. We assess the environments and temperaments of our clients to ensure you can provide unsurpassed care without worry. We won’t send a Care Pro into an unsafe, unsanitary, or hostile environment.
7) I want to stay close to home.
At Home Instead Senior Care we provide services to an expansive rural area, but we only ask our Caregivers to travel up to 30 miles from their home, with an ideal target of no more than 20 miles. We are proud of our Care Pros and want you to stay close to home so you can represent us in your own community. We also pay for travel time between clients and mileage for miles driven during shift.
