We are looking for highly motivated and seasoned caregivers who seek to be an integrative part of our company growth while achieving Home Instead’s mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. A Lead caregiver takes the initiative building relationships with clients as well as being a part of company expansion in our local communities.

Here are just a few of the things you might do as a Home Instead Lead Care Pro:
- Provide Companionship and conversation
- Preparing meals and cleaning up meal-related items
- Assist with personal care, such as bathing and grooming
- Assist with toileting and incontinence care
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, clean bathrooms, kitchens etc.)
- Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands/shopping
- Alzheimer's Care
What we will require:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Professional caregiving experience
- Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours weekly
- Reliable & insured vehicle and a valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 25lbs
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to travel within 25 miles of their home
- Ability to use basic technology (i.e. cell phone app)
