We used Home Instead to care for our 96 and 93 year old parents. We wanted to keep our folks in their home of 65 years for as long as possible. We had two great meetings with Greg and shared our needs and concerns. He selected two very talented and caring individuals who came to the house twice daily, morning and evening, to tend to our parents. The ladies were wonderful. They communicated with us regularly as we were not always at the residence with our folks. Their connection to our parents very quickly moved beyond a client relationship and become closer to that of a family member. They were phenomenally sensitive to the challenges of elderly individuals and always took the time to share any issues or concerns so that we were all on the same page and assured that they were providing the best possible care.
