Introduction: Home Instead is a private duty home care company providing home health aides and CNAs to aging seniors in their homes.. Home Instead is looking for a warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic person to nurture and engage our pool of Care Professionals (Home Health Aides, CNA's). The purpose of this full-time position is to support our hard working care professionals, promote retention and generate a culture of caring.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead our weekly orientation and new hire trainings.
Conduct Alzheimer's Training (Home Instead training provided)
Follow up with new hires during their probationary period
Manage CARE Pro of the Month recognition
Conduct Client/Care Pro Introductions in the field
Conduct Quality Assurance and coaching visits in client homes
Work in partnership with the Scheduler to ensure high quality matches among CAREGivers and Clients
Schedule and conduct CAREGiver annual reviews
Publish monthly one-page newsletter
Assist with answering phones, entering information in the company's database, and other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in homecare or related healthcare field
Must have the ability to work independently
Must exhibit a warm, enthusiastic personality
Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly and quarterly work
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word
Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills

Additional Requirements:

Must pass a Level 2 Background Screening
Pass a Motor Vehicle (Driving Record) Screening
Pass a drug screen; we are a drug free workplace
Have a reliable, insured vehicle and a Driver's License
