About Us
Meet Our Team
Pietro Jordao 2024

Pietro Jordao, Co-Owner

Pietro is from Brazil and grew up in the city of San Paulo. He moved to the United States in 2012 when he was offered a full scholarship to play tennis for Texas A&M Corpus Christi. At the time, Pietro had never been to America and didn’t speak English. He quickly learned English and excelled in college. He graduated in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and immediately completed his MBA. Pietro met Dillon Rice while both were pursuing their master’s degrees in business administration and the two bonded over their shared perspectives on business and core values. It was Dillon who introduced Pietro to his wife Madeline during their time in graduate school. The two became fast friends who formed a very successful business partnership. Prior to their purchasing the award-winning Home Instead franchise in Victoria, Texas, Pietro worked as a financial analyst for De Tar Healthcare System. Pietro’s passion for senior care is rooted in his love for his grandparents. He is especially close to his grandmother. Prior to his grandfather’s passing, he helped care for them on his breaks from school over a four-year period. His grandmother who still lives in Brazil is no longer self-sufficient and relies on 24-hour care from private caregivers since there is no Home Instead in Brazil. He understands the difficulties faced by seniors and their families. His aptitude for finance coupled with his passion for seniors made Home Instead the perfect choice for him and Dillon as the next chapter in their respective careers. While Pietro has a love of sports, he is most proud of the family he shares with his wife, Madeline. They have a four-year old daughter, Reese Gabriela, named after Pietro’s grandmother, and a 10-month-old son, Mason. It is important to Pietro to provide unparalleled quality care to the seniors in his community to help improve the quality of their lives.

Dillon Rice 2024

Dillon Rice, Co-Owner

Dillon and his good friend Pietro are also co-owners of the award-winning Home Instead franchise in Victoria, Texas. He grew up in Houston, but also lived abroad for his father’s job as a corporate attorney. He graduated from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi with a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA. He met Pietro during graduate school, and they became great friends over shared values and a desire to make a career of service to others. Dillon first became aware of Home Instead when a senior family member needed care several years ago. His compassion for seniors coupled with his background in business made Home Instead a perfect fit. Having experienced a traumatic back injury, Dillon empathizes with what seniors experience on a daily basis as they navigate their daily lives and wants to help. Dillon is a former police officer and his passion for care, duty and service to others drives his commitment to provide quality, affordable, in-home care services for seniors. As a Marine Corps veteran, providing care to veterans who are often a marginalized group is of paramount importance. He is proud to be able to serve those who served our country. When the Austin Home Instead franchise became available Dillon and Pietro knew it was the right time to expand their territory. However, Dillon is most excited about expanding his family with his wife, Britney. They are expecting a baby girl early next year and are proud to be helping create a better community for her to be a part of.

Tracey Trevino 2024

Tracey Trevino, Client Care Coordinator / Marketer

Tracey joined the award-winning Home Instead Victoria office in February 2022 as the Client Care Coordinator / Marketer. Her passion for senior care is rooted in the close relationship she shared with her grandparents while she helped provide care for them prior to their passing. Her experience helped her to understand what taking care of a senior encompasses. She is passionate about ensuring that the clients in our community receive the best possible care we can provide. Her marketing skills are derived from an associate degree in business management, and she is near the end of her coursework toward a bachelor’s in business administration. Above all, her compassionate heart is her greatest asset to our team. That combined with her charisma is a winning combination. Prior to working for Home Instead she worked in hospital case management. That role enabled her to gain valuable insight into the transfer process clients experience when transitioning from the hospital to facilities or in-home care. Tracey shares two children, James and Juleigh, and three fur babies with her husband James. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching baseball, and spending quality time at home with her family.

Kimberly Hart 2024

Kimberly Hart, Services Coordinator

Kimberly Hart is the Services Coordinator. She is the friendly and knowledgeable voice who greets callers and matches clients with caregivers. She works closely with her team to ensure that our clients are getting the services they need. Providing services that reflect the principles and passion for caregiving, which are so important to owners Pietro & Dillon, are the cornerstone of her position. Mrs. Hart takes considerable pride in giving her team the tools necessary to succeed by offering ongoing training while keeping everyone informed and updated on the most current information available. She continues to evolve through training classes and many online webinars to stay connected and informed. Kimberly grew up in Midland, TX and graduated from the University of Texas in 1994 with a BA in English and History. Prior to working for Home Instead she spent 22 years working as a freelance copywriter. It was while assisting non-profit organizations to help secure grants that she found her passion for volunteering and giving back to her community. It was important for her to work for a company whose core values aligned with her own. She is passionate about making sure the seniors in our community receive the highest quality care and unparalleled customer service. She enjoys playing the piano and tennis and is also an avid reader. However, her greatest achievement is the family she shares with her husband, Kendall. They have three adult daughters, Anna, Abby & Ava and a son, Lars who is still in high school, and are grandparents to grandson, Reese. It’s most important to her to demonstrate to her children that one can make a difference in the world through amazing companies like Home Instead.
