Tasha Gorman, Owner
Tasha Gorman is the co-owner of Home Instead. Mrs. Gorman oversees all administrative responsibilities and operations of the business while serving as the Service Coordinator. She is the heart of the office who ensures that all the caregivers and office staff understand the pivotal role they play in the success of the company. She leads by example with a positive attitude, infectious laugh and generous spirit.
Tasha was born and raised in Roswell, New Mexico. Prior to joining Home Instead, early in her career, she was a floral business owner which combined her talent for business and love of flowers. She also became a real estate agent while Jerohn was a licensed contractor which allowed them to work in tandem together in the same industry. She spent seven years working in corporate America but realized that her true passion was in helping others.
It was her closeness with her grandmother and watching her not be able to stay in her home during her final days that drove her desire to make sure other families didn’t have to go through the same heartbreak. She has fond memories of helping her late grandfather learn to operate new technology and spending quality time with him. She knew that Home Instead would enable her to live out her life’s passion while working with her husband each day and allow them to truly make a difference in their community. It has allowed her to demonstrate to their children that to lead one must first learn to serve.
Her accomplishments include playing a variety of musical instruments such as the guitar, bass and piano. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, participating in church and outdoor activities. However, her greatest and most profound accomplishment is that of being a wife of 21 years and raising their son, Avory, and daughters, Sidney, Alyceea, Crista and Isabella together.
