We are very happy we have found Home Instead. We were having an impossible time getting my husband in the shower until TJ starting coming to care for him. He knows just what to say and do to get my husband to agree to things. All of his suggestions have been wonderful and very helpful in caring for my husband. I feel more relaxed and at ease when he is here helping.
Bobbie Davis & Holly Mertl visit my wife several times a week & do an excellent job taking care of her needs. They always have a great attitude & are willing to help her on a very positive basis. I do not know what I would do without their very capable assistance.

We have been fortunate to have a very capable and friendly Katlin assist our needs for about a month. She is friendly and always asking what else she can do to assist us. She offered helpful information on my wife’s care as well as on how to navigate her ability to move around which is difficult. Based upon her previous experience, she notice some sores and offered a possible way to help them heal while waiting to have them evaluated by our physician

We were so worried about Mom when she was diagnosed with dementia and her falling spells, and with crazy cramped schedules we found it hard to always keep eyes on her. Very caring people who have done a great job enabling my Mom to live at home and remain independent.
They strive to provide consistency in caregiver coverage. Staff actually knows you & your needs. Attentive scheduling without mistakes, very helpful in emergency or last minute needs of family. We mostly used them for overnight coverage. They employ caring & well trained caregivers who arrive consistently! They will log ADLs in your notebook as you request.
We have Home Instead coming in five days a week for my parents and that is keeping them home safely for right now. We went in for an appointment and then they came out and did an assessment. They were able to send a caregiver out the following week. She does meal preparations, does some errands for them, does light housekeeping, and helps my mom get a shower whenever she is agreeable to doing it. She comes five days a week, Monday through Friday, for two hours. Her schedule is from 11:00 to 1:00, during that lunch hour time. We've been using them for three months now. She really seems to have a great rapport with my parents, seems to genuinely care about them, and does the best she can for them. She goes beyond the call of duty to do things for them. She's a very caring individual.
I don't use Home Instead real often, but when I have to leave town for my own health care needs, Home Instead is always there to fill in for me.
We hired Home Instead, and so far, it's good. Everything has been to my liking. I would recommended this agency.
