Meet Our Team

Dr. Aaron and Ada Christopher are multi-unit owners of Home Instead franchises in Illinois and Iowa. They have two children and live in Port Byron, IL. They both have a passion for working with seniors and making a positive impact in their community.

Ada has a Bachelor’s in Business and two Master’s Degrees; an MBA and a Masters of Accounting and Financial Management. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in a variety of leadership roles in the healthcare field and service organizations. This includes non-profits serving under-served populations and economically challenged families, as well as Federally Qualified Health Clinics. She learned early on that her calling was serving others and is passionate about serving seniors and families.

Aaron is a practicing Certified Public Accountant. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting and his PhD from Claremont Graduate University. He has worked in public accounting, as an accounting professor, and as the Chief Financial Officer for several large organizations. Aaron owns several practices in staffing, finance, accounting services and investments.

Their mission is to enhance the lives of seniors by providing a network of reliable, compassionate, and well-trained Care Professionals. They are on call to quickly answer your questions and accommodate your senior in-home care needs.

Sara is the General Manager for both our Rockford and Crystal Lake locations. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts.

As the General Manager, Sara is responsible for the overall operations of Home Instead and it's team members. Sara is most passionate about finding new CAREGivers with big hearts, compassion and respect for our senior population. CAREGivers are essential to Home Instead and help our seniors maintain an independent lifestyle while living in their homes.

Sara is extremely excited to be part of the Home Instead Family!

Robin is our Business Manager for Home Instead Senior Care’s Bettendorf, Moline, Crystal Lake and Rockford locations. She has her Associates in Psychology/HR degree from Scott Community College. As Business Manager, Robin is responsible for the financial side of Home Instead Senior Care including billing, payroll, and bookkeeping. Robin enjoys being part of the Home Instead team and offering support to a company whose focus is on caring for Seniors. 

Michele serves as the Business Development Manager in Illinois.  Her role is to cultivate partnerships in the Quad-Cities, Geneseo, and Rockford areas with senior care facilities, community organizations, families, and older adults while educating on strategies to meet the needs of seniors in the home. 

Michele brings a decade of experience in senior healthcare to the Home Instead team.  Her background includes assisted living, hospice, palliative care, and skilled nursing facilities.  Michele’s leadership includes a previous term as President of Quad City Elderly Consortium, and she currently serves as Co-Chair for “Memories In the Making” art gala to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. 

She is a dedicated advocate for dignity and person-centered care for older adults and believes that better education for families and caregivers results in better care for seniors.  Her background across the spectrum of care levels makes her a valued resource for families and care organizations.   

Cloie has been working in bedside healthcare since 2017. Her career started in an Alzheimer's and Dementia unit then she worked her way through assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and 2 different hospitals gaining immense experience from each place she has worked at. In 2019 she enlisted into the Illinois Army National Guard and has been serving for nearly 6 years. She obtained her Certified Nursing Certificate from Rock Valley College in 2020 just before the COVID-19 pandemic. Following an activation in 2021 with the National Guard, she moved to Champaign Illinois, where she attended school at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Here, she spent a lot of her time advocating for our military connected population. She was able to raise nearly $3,000 to help our military connected student population who find themselves in dire need. She also has small business consulting experience through a project, where she worked with a local client to help better their business. She recently graduated with her degree in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Diversity and a minor in Healthcare Administration. Cloie finds fulfillment in helping others and making sure voices are heard. One of Cloie's hobbies include photography. She runs her own business, called Bloom Images! Cloie also loves trying new coffee and coffee shops, exercising, walking her dog, and reading.

Dakota P., the service coordinator at Home Instead Rockford, brings a genuine passion for helping others to her role. Her career journey began in late December of 2023 when she started as a care professional at Home Instead Janesville, Wisconsin.
               Beyond her professional endeavors, Dakota finds fulfillment in lifes simple pleasures. She values spending quality time with her family, whether they’re exploring Wisconsin’s scenic trails through hiking adventures or enjoying quiet moments at home. Dakota is also an avid reader, who finds solace and inspiration within the pages or her favorite books.

               Her dedication to both her professional responsibilities and personal interests highlights Dakota’s commitment to making a positive impact on those around her, both in her career and personal life.
