Meet Our Team

Dayna comes to Home Instead with a breadth of experience focused on serving people with a passion for cultivating client, community, and professional relationships!  She is most excited to join a team whose mission, to make a positive impact on the greatest number of lives they can touch, so genuinely matches her personal and professional goals!

 

Dayna loves sharing her life with her husband, sons, dogs and cat!  She enjoys traveling, football and Formula One racing. 

Beth is the Service Coordinator for our Rockford team. She comes to Home Instead with over 10 yeas of experience focused on providing direct care for a variety of individuals as well as coordinating care giving teams to provide continuous top-notch care. She loves her Home Instead job where she gets the chance to work with like-minded people who strive to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and employees. She has found her home at Home Instead.

When Beth is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband and their growing family. She enjoys golfing, fantasy sports, and any other activity to keep her active! 

Katie is the Client Care Coordinator with Home Instead. She has a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Management and finds working with seniors in the community to be especially fulfilling. Outside of work, Katie can be found camping, hiking, kayaking and traveling with her husband and daughter. 

 

Nancy has been with Home Instead over ten years and has serviced our seniors in every capacity. From starting as a caregiver for years to eventually joining the administrative team in a remote capacity, Nancy knows everything there is to know about Home Instead and the Home Care industry. If there is ever a call made after normal business hours there is a good chance you'll get to meet Nancy!

Jennifer is our On Call Coordinator for both our Rockford and Crystal Lake offices. She believes that she is a wonder woman who can do all things. Jennifer loves sports, spending time with her family and eating! She is excited to be part of the team.

Sara is the General Manager for both our Rockford and Crystal Lake locations. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts.

As the General Manager, Sara is responsible for the overall operations of Home Instead and it's team members. Sara is most passionate about finding new CAREGivers with big hearts, compassion and respect for our senior population. CAREGivers are essential to Home Instead and help our seniors maintain an independent lifestyle while living in their homes.

Sara is extremely excited to be part of the Home Instead Family!
