Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Grooming and bathing
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Alzheimer’s Care
- Transportation to appointment/errands
- Follow documentation and care plan procedures
- Perform proper infection control and use universal precautions
- Report any changes in daily condition to the Quality Assurance team
Requirements to be a CarePro:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with client in a friendly & congenial manner
- Uphold the integrity of client and family
- Complete Michigan background check
- Commit to 20 hours per week minimum
- Possess a valid Driver license or state ID
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- MUST HAVE TWO WORK REFERENCES
