Morgan Crannell General Manager COMP

Morgan, General Manager

As General Manager, Morgan is responsible for all operations of the Andover/Stillwater franchise location. As GM, Morgan “sets the tone” by developing a cohesive administrative team, and leading and motivating them to achieve customer service and quality initiatives, employee acquisition and retention strategies, and year over year growth objectives. Morgan works closely with the administrative staff and company President to determine improvement opportunities for operational effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, she is responsible for integrating our one core value, Love(v.), into the culture of the company by ensuring that all employees are striving to live out our 8 behaviors; patience, kindness, humility, selflessness, respectfulness, forgiveness, honesty, and commitment.

In Morgan’s free time she loves too cook, bowl, watch the Vikings and travel!

Brittany, Recruitment & Engagement Manager

Brittany is responsible for recruiting top-notch, loving CAREGivers and is the direct contact for all CAREGiver referrals. Through social media, Indeed.com, and other online recruitment sources, Brittany works closely with the community, attending job fairs and other local events. 

In her free time, Brittany loves to bow hunt with her husband and two young children!

Mike Murphy HCC 2021 COMP

Mike, Home Care Consultant

As the Home Care Consultant, Mike manages all in-home care consultations and referral source partnerships.  Covering counties from the Andover and Stillwater service area, Mike meets with prospective families to learn and educate how home care with Home Instead can be a solution to aging in place. When families can't meet during the week, consultations are available on weekends on an as-needed basis.  Mike also builds valuable relationships with local hospitals, transitional care units (TCUs), nursing facilities, communities, and many others with the continuum of care for a safe transition of aging adults to their home or community. 

In Mike’s free time, he enjoys skiing and snowboarding in the mountains and has a passion for fishing.


Ruth, RN Care Manager

Ruth works closely with clients and their families beginning with the care assessment and CAREGiver introduction. She designs customized care plans to meet each client’s needs and provides initial and ongoing training with our caregivers at our office, in our clients homes, and via video conferences. Ruth RN maintains relationships with her clients on an ongoing basis; assisting them as their needs change.

When Ruth is not working, she loves to hike and spend time with family!

Sam Pawelk Service Coordinator COMP

Sam, Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator is responsible for all client and CAREGiver scheduling. They work very closely with our Andover office team and Caregivers to ensure that monthly schedules are completed and communicated in a timely manner. All time off and vacation requests are approved through the Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator plays a very important role that connects everyone together to ensure we are spreading Love(v.) to everyone.

Sam has four (4) nephews and two (2) nieces whom she loves very much! She also have three (3) dogs and one (1) cat. On her free time she likes to help out at my aunt and uncle’s orchard in Watertown, MN. in the fall. She also loves going to her family’s lake house to relax by the lake.

On-Call After Hours Service Coordinator Team: Pam, Mary & Debby

Our talented On-Call team is responsible for fielding all in-coming after-hours calls from CAREGivers, clients and family members, and prospects inquiring about starting care. On-Call makes any necessary changes and updates to client schedules and relays pertinent information to our day-time office staff.

All three On-Call team members are extremely committed to our service and have experience in the healthcare industry, making for a seamless transition from our day-time office staff to On-Call!

Angela Wisely, Business Development Manager

Angela, Marketing & Communications Manager

Working closely with the President, and Home Instead Inc., Angela provides internal support to both the Andover and St. Cloud franchises while executing local PR campaigns and community events.  Angela operates various media platforms that promote home care services and employment opportunities while also optimizing and monitoring local web traffic for each franchise location.

During her downtime, Angela and her husband enjoy outdoor activities that include biking, hiking and traveling in addition to being devoted parents to their two French Bulldogs; Joey and Buddha.
