Crane Jason Headshot

Jason Crane, President/Owner

Jason has had a heart for seniors from a very young age. When he received his driver’s license on his 16th birthday, Jason promptly visited his grandmother Damon at the nursing home to take her to the nearby Piggly Wiggly deli for coffee and her favorite Chocolate Donut! Visiting Grandma Damon became a weekly routine for Jason.

While living in California, miles away from his hometown Appleton, WI, Jason and his wife Dawn visited nearby nursing home resident, Juanita Spencer, after church every week to brighten her day and teach their children the importance of serving seniors in the community. Juanita passed away a few years later and Jason and Dawn named their 4th child, Spencer, in honor of Mrs. Spencer.

After a 21 year career with musical instrument retailer Guitar Center, Jason joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2013 as President of five franchises in Wisconsin. Jason and his wife, Dawn, own Home Instead Senior Care franchises in St. Cloud and Andover, with a satellite office in Stillwater. Today, Jason employs over 200 CAREGivers and office staff throughout both franchises.
