Meet Our Team

In 2004, Kristi opened the Seattle Home Instead office and has made positive differences in the lives of her clients, their families and her employees for nearly two decades. She brings years of management, staffing and training experience to the organization. Prior to starting Home Instead, Kristi worked in risk management and draws from her own personal experience supporting her family through the aging process. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seattle University with a BA degree in Communications, holds a Certified Senior Advisor designation and is currently furthering her education at University of Washington in the Gerontology program through the UW School of Social Work. Learn continually is what Kristi was taught from a young age!
Bainbridge Island is home, and in her free time you’ll find her painting, cooking and enjoying the garden and animals on the family's small eco-friendly farm.

With over two decades of experience, Gail has worn many hats during her career. Simply put - Gail’s talents are invaluable. She has worked in marketing, billing, recruiting, scheduling and caregiving and her unique background is a perfect fit for our Operations and Recruitment Manager role. Gail’s job is complex and requires juggling the various needs of Clients and CAREGivers alike. What she enjoys most about her job is the daily problem solving challenges she is tasked with and the satisfaction gained in finding creative solutions. When not managing operations, Gail spends her time cooking. Her specialty is Indian influenced cuisine such as eggplant bharta and chicken curry. Originally from Texas, Gail is still a Southern Girl at heart and always makes time for what she loves most – her family and her boxer/shepherd-mix dog, Tyson.

To Us, It’s Personal is more than just the Home Instead tagline, it describes the personal touch that exemplifies the way Nidhi treats her Clients. She spends her days visiting with Clients, their families, and CAREGivers to ensure that we are supporting the Client with the high level of service that Home Instead is known for. Prior to her transition to her current role as a Client Care Supervisor, Nidhi provided compassionate care for 8 years as a Home Instead CAREGiver. Nidhi is originally from Nepal but has become a true Pacific Northwesterner. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking and backpacking in Washington’s wilderness, or getting dressed up for a night out on the town.

Customer service has been the central theme for Charles’ career which makes him a natural at addressing the needs of Clients, their families, and Caregivers as our Staffing Coordinator. Charles has worked in customer care at McCaw Cellular and managed internal customer care for AT&T Wireless. He had the opportunity to serve seniors in his previous jobs, as well as family members, and finds it incredibly rewarding to assist them at this critical stage of life. Charles has a bachelor’s degree in Mass and Organizational Communication Studies from Eastern Washington University. He is a creative guy who loves the arts. When not working, you can find him involved in music or drawing; any visual medium is his cup of tea!

When calling the Home Instead Seattle office, you will likely be greeted by the friendly, bubbly voice of Heather, our HR Coordinator. Heather is the mainstay of our office providing support for CAREGivers, Clients, and their family members. Her attention to detail ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Heather has an AA degree from Edmonds College and has worked for such notable companies as Microsoft and AT&T, along with staffing agencies and medical facilities. Her desire to work for Home Instead comes with a personal story. You see, Heather’s grandfather passed away during the pandemic and she wished a CAREGiver could have been with him when the family could not. She is thrilled to be a part of an organization with a big heart for seniors and who help them live their best lives. In Heather’s free time, she enjoys watching British mystery shows, paper crafting, and spending time with the loves of her life - her husband, Ed and dog, Chief.

While managing a local grocery store in 2007, Kevin was approached to join a home care team for one of the seniors in his neighborhood. The years spent with this client jump-started a passion for home care. Kevin joined Home Instead as a Caregiver in 2014 and returned to school to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health from Seattle College. He is also a volunteer for GenPride, serving Seattle’s senior community. A native Pacific Northwesterner raised in small-town Washington, Kevin spends his free time traveling and enjoying camping, swimming, hiking and being in the great outdoors.
