Franchise Owner

Mike is the Franchise Owner of Home Instead of Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Having two grandmothers who lived to 100 and 103 years, Mike understands what it takes to care for our seniors. Mike's vision is for Home Instead to play a major role in the aging process of our clients, to offer meaningful work to our employees, and to positively impact how our community ages through our Social Purpose initiatives. Prior to joining Home Instead, Mike spent fifteen years working in investment management. Mike enjoys spending time with his partner Julie and their son Luke. He enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing, fly fishing and anything else outdoors in the mountains.

Steven Stump

Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, Steven fosters valuable relationships with other providers to aging adults. He actively identifies opportunities with our community partners for Home Instead to deliver customized, one-on-one in-home care solutions that enhance one's independence and enables individuals to thrive in their own homes while offering peace of mind to their loved ones. Steven grew up in Indianapolis and holds a BS in Biology and an MBA from Purdue University. With over three decades of experience in marketing medical products that focused on improving patient care, he brings a deep and rich expertise to his role. Steven's journey into senior care began by assisting his mom for a decade, continues today assisting his dad, and was sparked further when he started volunteering at a senior community in late 2022. This led to a caregiver role in early 2024 and culminated in his current position as Business Development Manager for Home Instead, Louisville, starting in May 2024. Since moving to Colorado in 2021, after twenty years in Wisconsin, Steven and his wife enjoy being empty nesters and hiking, biking, camping, kayaking and paddle boarding. When not in the mountains enjoying God's beauty, they cherish spending time with their three adult children.

Brenda Munro

Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Brenda's background is in dental office management, but she has a genuine love for seniors. She is passionate about helping people and feels like she has found her calling in her role of helping seniors stay at home. Brenda grew up in Florida and now loves Colorado and the mountains. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her kids and doing almost anything outdoors. She is a foodie who enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants and cuisines!

Kelli Giltner

Before joining Home Instead, Kelli spent 9 + years working as a Director of a Secured Memory Care for Seniors. Before that she worked with children and adults with Developmental Disabilities. She found her passion at a young age was helping others and has been lucky enough to spend her whole working career following her passion. Kelli is proud to be a third generation native. She and her husband love taking advantage of all the wonderful outdoor and indoor activities that Colorado has to offer. They have a lot more time for activities now that their two children are grown. Kelli looks forward to building great relationships with Home Instead clients, family members, and our caregivers. She is committed to help provide quality care for our seniors and support to our caregivers.

Libbie joined Home Instead in 2009 as a Care Professional before joining the Client Care team. She works closely with clients and families to address their needs, initiate services, and maintain quality care. She has a background in marketing, psychology, and behavioral/mental health in aging adults. She has strong ties to the MS Society and AFSP to help support mental illness. When Libbie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and giving back to the community.

Lisa joined Home Instead in June of 2025. Finding meaningful connections between clients and caregivers is her primary objective. She is impact driven and passionate about her role in achieving a content community. Residing in Colorado most of her life, Lisa appreciates the outdoors and get-togethers with family and friends.

Joan Donaldson

Office Coordinator

Joan first began working with Home Instead in 2011 as a CAREGiver before becoming Staffing Coordinator in 2014. Joan understands the need to match every client with the ideal CAREGiver. As a mom to three boys and a background in the service industry, Joan has navigated many stressful situations, which makes the job of scheduling less daunting. She has a strong desire to help seniors and their families manage their individual situation and finds assisting them extremely rewarding.
