Mike Lammers, Franchise Owner

Mike Lammers, Franchise Owner

Mike is the Franchise Owner of Home Instead Senior Care of Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Having two grandmothers at the age of 97 and 103, Mike understands what it takes to care for our seniors which is a big part of why he is proud of what we do every day for our clients. Mike is committed to the Home Instead Senior Care mission of providing superior quality care that enhances the lives of aging adults.

Mike grew up in Omaha, NE and attended the University of Nebraska. Prior to becoming a Home Instead Senior Care franchise owner, Mike spent fifteen years working in the investment management industry. Mike enjoys spending time with his significant other, Julie, and their 2 year old son, Luke. He enjoys golfing, traveling and loves doing nearly anything outdoors in the mountains.

Melinda has always had passion for helping people. Whether it’s raising her three beautiful children, helping her husband with his businesses, or working with her clients, she is the happiest when she is helping others. She truly enjoys building meaningful connections with our clients and their families to ensure they have the resources and support they need for the best quality of life at home.

Emily DeMars Kranz, Training and Engagement Coordinator

‚ÄčEmily began working for Home Instead in 2013 in Fremont Nebraska. She moved to the Lafayette office in July of 2018 checking off a bucket list item which was to move back to the mountains where she was born.

She is actively working within the community developing relationships, researching and pursuing new opportunities for success strategies, and helping to educate and bring awareness to community leaders on Home Instead resources and senior care solutions. She is passionate about helping people, building relationships and ensuring Home Instead is exceeding expectations as a home care partner working with physician groups, rehab, home health, hospitals and other care resources in Boulder and Broomfield counties.

Prior to Home Instead, she worked primarily in sales, marketing, retail & non-profit management. She has three grown children, just completed yoga teacher training, loves painting, meditating, writing, photography and can't get enough hiking in the mountains.

Brenda Munro, Staffing Coordinator

Brenda Munro, Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Brenda’s background is in dental office management, but she has a genuine love for seniors. She is passionate about helping people and feels like she has found her calling in her role of helping seniors stay at home. Brenda grew up in Florida and now loves Colorado and the mountains. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her kids and doing almost anything outdoors. She is a foodie who enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants and cuisines!
Kelli Giltner, Client Care Coordinator

Kelli Giltner, Client Care Coordinator

Before joining Home Instead, Kelli spent 9 + years working as a Director of a Secured Memory Care for Seniors. Before that she worked with children and adults with Developmental Disabilities. She found her passion at a young age was helping others and has been lucky enough to spend her whole working career following her passion. Kelli is proud to be a third generation native. She and her husband love taking advantage of all the wonderful outdoor and indoor activities that Colorado has to offer. They have a lot more time for activities now that their two children are grown.

Kelli looks forward to building great relationships with Home Instead clients, family members, and our caregivers. She is committed to help provide quality care for our seniors and support to our caregivers.

Joan Donaldson, Office Coordinator

Joan Donaldson, Office Coordinator

Joan first began working with Home Instead in 2011 as a CAREGiver before becoming Staffing Coordinator in 2014. Joan understands the need to match every client with the ideal CAREGiver. As a mom to three boys and a background in the service industry, Joan has navigated many stressful situations, which makes the job of scheduling less daunting. She has a strong desire to help seniors and their families manage their individual situation and finds assisting them extremely rewarding.

Dana comes to Home Instead Senior Care with an extensive background in financial services. Her patience and understanding working with families, clients and CAREGivers has been instrumental in assuring industry leading service delivery. She provides quality customer service to our clients, CAREGivers and staff.

Heidi Arft, After-Hours Manager

Heidi began as a Caregiver with Home Instead in 2013. Her transition into After-Hours Manager allows her to provide a compassionate contribution to the lives of Seniors and our Caregivers, while focusing on more personal pursuits. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist & Certified Aromatherapist when she's not in the role of wife and mother, or Homeschooling her two pre-teen boys.
Kristina Gonzalez, After-Hours Manager

Kristina Gonzalez, After-Hours Manager

Kristina Gonzalez feels blessed to be part of the Home Instead team! She is married and the mom of three amazing daughters (21, 16 and 10 years old). She currently works as an Economic Security Administrator for Garfield County, and moonlights as a weekend manager for Home Instead. She worked for Home Instead off and on for the last several years, and enjoys working with the CAREGivers and clients. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids doing things outdoors. They love camping, fishing, hiking and paddle boarding. Kristina also loves to read and enjoys listening to crime podcasts
