Meet Our Team

David and Jessica started Home Instead Senior Care 18 years ago after meeting at Louisiana State University while pursuing their Masters of Business Administration, MBA.

We opened the doors to our office in the summer of 2002, excited to live out our mission:

To honor God in all we do with a commitment to supporting CAREGiver’s while providing the highest-quality of service to aging adults of the Bayou Region.

We proudly operate in the downtown Houma and New Iberia locations, fun fact 99% of our management and support team are women! Our office staff focuses on providing the top care and support to our beloved clients.

Jessica Ditch joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in 2018 and has really enjoyed the transition from public company accounting and finance work, to working with our wonderful clients, caregivers, and team. “Our focus is our clients and our passion is our work, you can’t ask for a more rewarding combination”.

Jessica completed her undergraduate degree in Economics from Millsaps College and received a Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. Jessica’s prior work history is focused in the Internal Audit area with International Business Machines (IBM) and Bristow Group. Additional positions include Global Asset Manager as well as SAP Team Lead and Special Project Manager.

Jessica is excited to bring her passion for helping others and making a difference in people lives to her everyday work. Outside of Home Instead, Jessica is a dedicated mother to three beautiful children and married to her college sweetheart and co-owner David Ditch. She is an active volunteer in her community and has received such awards as Citizen of the Year and Top 20 under 40 for her leadership in helping others.

Holly LeBlanc Gaudet is our Home Care Manager who works in the Houma branch of Home Instead Senior Care to assist potential and current clients of the bayou region.

Holly is a lifelong resident of Pierre Part, LA and is married with two children, twin boys! She is a registered nurse obtaining a degree from Nicholls State University.

She joins us with a very comprehensive work history in Nursing, including: Emergency Room nursing, Same Day Surgery & Recovery room, Inpatient Rehab, Nursing educator, Clinical Informatics, & Marketing/Clinical Liaison.

Holly is excited to be able to tap into her client care and client relationships at Home Instead!

Brianna is a Louisiana native, who grew up in New Iberia, LA and graduated from St. Martinville Senior High School. She is the mother of four amazing children and enjoys spending time with them.

Brianna began her journey with Home Instead, Bayou Region in the fall of 2019 as our Client Service Coordinator, bringing with her over ten years of Senior Care, Client Management, and Scheduling experience. She has expanded in her role and now serves as our Client Service manager. She is pleased to be a part of such as amazing team, “that truly cares about each other and the clients”. Brianna enjoys interacting with teammates, Care pros, and clients, daily, focusing on building long lasting relationships with them.

Christel Hicks is our Office and Home Care Manager in the New Iberia, Jeanerette and Franklin territory of Home Instead to assist potential and current clients of the bayou region.

Christel is a resident of Morgan City, LA and is married with three daughters and two grandchildren. She is a licensed Registered Respiratory therapist obtaining her degree from Nicholls State University.

She joins us with 25 years of a variety of hospital clinical experience including the field of respiratory therapy, Clinical Informatics, and Case Management. Christel is looking forward to assisting clients with safe and quality care in their home.

Wendy has have been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2014. Her passion is working with elderly people and children. She feels Home Instead has allowed her to work with elderly. As the Billing and Office Coordinator it allows her to help Clients with their billing. She enjoys being able to assist them in many ways. She also enjoy assisting Caregivers. She enjoys her great office team and working side by side with each of them.

Wendy has been married for 34 years has 3 Children, 6 Grandkids and 1 on the way. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Amber is a Louisiana native; she has spent her whole life along the bayous of the Houma-Thibodaux area. She started her career at Home Instead Senior Care in 2019 as an on-call coordinator and is currently the Standards and Office Manager for the Houma location. She is a wife, mother of 4 amazing kids and also advocates for children in the Foster Care system, through CASA of Terebonne.
Amber comes from a background in management and hospitality. She really enjoys being part of a team that provides compassionate care to aging members of the local area.

LaDanna is a Louisiana native. She is married with a blended family of 5 children and 4 grandchildren. She is a Certified CPR Instructor. She joins us with vast knowledge in many areas of the healthcare/client service field. LaDanna loves helping others and has a heart of gold. She’s excited to be apart of a thoughtful, hardworking team and enjoys working in a team oriented atmosphere. “Team work makes the dream work”.

Lisa Lambert Adams is our Client Care Manager in the Houma Office. She joined our team in 2024 and her priority is to maintain the highest quality of care of our clients. She is a resident of Bourg Louisiana and graduated from South Terrebonne High School. She is married and is a mother of 2 wonderful girls! She has worked as a Patient Care Representative in Home Health and Hospice for 18 years. Her experience has taught her that the best place to receive care is in YOUR HOME. This is why she is very passionate about doing what can be done to keep our clients in their home. She is very proud to be a part of a team that is devoted to excellence in care!

Rosalind Antoine serves as Client Care Coordinator.  In her role, Ms Antoine brings loyalty, kindness, love, compassion and care to her clients.  Her day-to-day activities are centered on reaching out to her clients by phone calls or in person visits. Rosalind holds over 30 years of career care taking and nurturing experience.  She served for nearly 22 years with Iberia Parish School as a School Secretary.  Also worked three years as a Patient Registrar with Family Medicine Clinic.  

Her career journey began with her education through Delta Business School, graduating with an Associate Degree in Administrative Office Management.   She is a wife of 34 years, mother of 6, grandmother of 18 and great grand of 1.  She is organized, detailed oriented, fun, a cook, a seamstress, people person, family individual with a heart of gold.    This position is ideal for her; she enjoys filling in where needed a true team player.

Bobbie Boudreaux is our Office Manager in the Houma, Louisiana territory of Home Instead to assist potential and current clients of the bayou region. She is a resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana and a graduate of H.L. Bourgeois High School. She is married and they have one son. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends camping and watching LSU football on the weekends.

She joins us with 29.5 years of experience as a business manager in the home health field and 2 years prior to that, was a Home Health Nursing Assistant in home health and hospice care.

Bobbie is excited to be able to advocate for her clients and bring the services to them in the comforts of their own home. "My passion has always been caring for our elderly community and giving them the best quality of care while still allowing them to have their independence."

Jeanita Kraemer is our Recruiting Coordinator located in the Houma, Louisiana territory of Home Instead to assist potential Care Professionals of the bayou region. She is a resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana and a graduate of Thibodaux High School. She is a proud dog mom to Ash and Gunner and loves spending time with her family and going to the beach!

Calei Saltzman is our RN Care Coordinator in the Houma, Louisiana territory of Home Instead. She is a resident of Lockport, Louisiana and a graduate of CL Lafourche High School. She is married, has 2 amazing children and 2 spoiled rotten pups. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, either will catch her at the campground or a ballpark on her time off.
She joins us with a total of 13.5 years as a nurse, 13 of those as a LPN, and a recent graduate of L.E Fletcher RN program in August 2024. She brings a wide variety of experience, with the important being compassionate, patient centered care.
Calei is excited to be able to advocate for her clients and bring the services to them in the comforts of their own home. "In my nursing career, my slogan has been to treat every one of my patients as if they were my own family. Throughout the years, I have met patients that become part of extended family, and we still keep in touch, and look forward to caring and meeting many more.”
