Kelly Clark, Scheduling Manager

Kelly came to Home Instead in April of 2014. She manages all schedules for our caregivers ensuring each of their needs are being met. She pays close attention to the skills our caregivers have to fit the individual needs of the clients we serve.

Roy Robertson, Recruitment Lead

Roy joined Home Instead in August of 2023.  Roy brings his passion for people development to the team, having worked in the Retail and Specialty beauty industries.  As a former multi-unit business leader and corporate trainer; Roy’s focus is on team growth and development.  His passion for helping people reach and exceed goals translates into an unrelenting focus and passion for ensuring Care Professionals have the training and confidence to make a difference in our Client’s lives.   In his free time, Roy enjoys hiking, camping and being one with nature. 

What does Home Instead mean to you?
Being in one’s home allows that person to relive and experience all the memories of a lifetime.  Being able to stay at home provides safety and confidence to live a meaningful and engaging life.  I believe that being a Care Giver is one of the most rewarding experiences a person can have in life.  My personal goal is to put our Care Professionals at the center of everything that I do.  Our Care Givers are my clients that I will work to ensure that their needs are being met and they have all the tools and training to help provide exceptional care and experiences to our valued clients.

Rachael Sherwood, Home Care Consultant

Rachael started her journey at Home Instead as a caregiver in 2017, while completing her degree at the University of Evansville. After graduation she began working with a local non-profit organization supporting women and men in the Tri-State area during their battle with Breast Cancer. She then came back to Home Instead as the Client Care Manager in August of 2021, overseeing all activities of the Client Care Department. In January of 2023 she began her new role as Home Care Consultant and is responsible for a variety of sales and marketing duties, including maintaining relationships with our community partners and speaking with seniors about the services Home Instead provides. Rachael enjoys her time working with seniors and educating them about the benefits of in-home care!

What does Home Instead mean to you?
"Home Instead gives me the ability to make a difference in aging adults' lives, by improving their quality of life. I have always had a passion for helping people and Home Instead makes that possible for me!"

Ben Klipsch, Owner

Ben has been successfully providing care in Southern Indiana since 2008.

"My wife, Julie, and I made a conscious decision to raise a family in this area. We are so lucky to get so much from our community; we want to give something back. I look forward to working with this dedicated staff in helping our adult population maintain their independence and quality of life."

Ben graduated from Purdue in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. After graduation he went to work for Ameriqual and was fortunate to work in a company that developed and fostered tremendous growth over his 18 years there. Ben recognizes and appreciates the value each of his Administrative team brings to Home Instead. One of Ben's greatest strengths is his ability to empower each and every employee to grow both professionally and personally. He takes great pride in bringing out the "greatness" of each of his employees, whether they are part of our Administrative Team or one of our extraordinary CAREGivers.

Brad Elpers, President

Brad joined the Home Instead team in April of 2020.  He is responsible for overseeing our offices in Evansville, Bloomington, Jasper and Terre Haute, covering the majority of Southwestern Indiana.  Brad has four children and two grandchildren.  In his spare time, Brad enjoys community engagement, family time, running, and playing pickleball.

What does Home Instead mean to you?
"To me Home Instead is a place I can go every day and have a positive impact on someone’s life through relationships and interactions - every interaction is important.  I get to work with the team, with our Clients, with our Care Professionals, and with our partners, and my goal is to make every one of those interactions positive."

Sheryl Rice, Vice President of Finance

Sheryl came to Home Instead in September of 2020 with a variety of experiences in the Accounting area. She graduated from USI with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. After graduation, she accepted a position with a real estate development company in Richmond, VA and then went on to work with several non-profit organizations in the Evansville community learning and growing her professional abilities. Currently, for all offices within the Home Instead franchise, she manages and leads the Accounting, Payroll, and Compliance areas.


What does Home Instead mean to you?
“It’s always been important to me to work for a company/organization where I am adding value to my community. I feel that my time here at Home Instead is doing just that. I also appreciate the Home Instead family that I work with.”

Janet Luecke, Accounting Specialist/Client Compliance Coordinator

Janet started her journey with the Corporate team at Home Instead in November 2020!  Janet serves in the Finance Department providing support for all franchises including Evansville, Jasper, Terre Haute and Bloomington.  Janet’s duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, long term care billing, as well as client compliance.  Janet is an extremely valuable part of the Corporate team!

Heather Bevers, HR Compliance Coordinator

Heather began her journey with Home Instead in August 2017.  She started as a caregiver after she herself cared for one of her own family members for more than 8 years.  Heather truly understands the value of what Home Instead does for our community.  In March 2021, Heather began working in the Evansville franchise office providing scheduling support.  Beginning January 2023, Heather accepted her new role on the corporate team as the HR Compliance Coordinator serving 4 franchise offices.  She works diligently each day to ensure that each office meets or exceeds compliance standards and provides support where needed.  She is an outstanding addition to the Corporate Team! 

What does Home Instead mean to you?
“It is very personal to me since I used to be a caregiver for a family member.  I know how important it is to families to keep their loved ones home as long as possible.”
