Nancy Brothers, LPN, Executive Director
Nancy’s passion for patient care can be traced back to her Grandmother and Mom, both nurses, from whom she learned about caring for those in pain and supporting them during their time of need. As a Nurse Care Manager / Executive Director, she specializes in care, coaching, and working with her team to solve problems.
Home Instead is personal to Nancy because caring for clients and their families is an honor. Having cared for her own parents she knows the stress and anxiety it causes to have a family member decline. Having someone really understand and try to help make the best decisions for your loved one is very hard and complex. She knows that sharing information and resources can make all the difference in a person's quality of life.

Office staff is always making sure they know what is going on with the CAREGivers on a professional and personal level. We really do make it personal because we want what is best for them.”

Nicole is a huge sports fan! She loves the food so much, and especially enjoys the atmosphere, comradery, team and leadership dynamics that play out in games. Home Instead is personal for Nicole, she says, “Having had the opportunity to support my mother’s wishes and keep her safe, pain free, loved engaged, and supported in her home with so many amazing other resources was a blessing not only to her, but to me to see how beautiful that support and love can be. I want to share that with others. Our seniors are like family to us and it warms my heart to serve them the same way I was able to my own family”.

Olivia Huffman, Client Service Manager
Olivia's passion for scheduling can be traced back to earning her bachelor's degree in Psychology, where she spent significant time studying how relationships impact overall health, as well as how to interact with people diagnosed with disease and mental illness.
Olivia has traveled out of the country on mission trips several times. Some of her favorites were South Africa, Israel, and Guatemala. She and her husband met in elementary school. At the age of 12 he told his best friend (later our best man) that he would marry her. Olivia keeps fish tanks in her free time finding them interesting and relaxing.
Olivia studied Psychology, and Animal Therapy. She finds great value in the positive effects pets have on those challenged with some forms of dementia such as Alzheimer's. Olivia says food is her love language.
Olivia values what Home Instead does for many reasons. She says, “When I first started as a CAREGiver, I knew very little about senior care, but did have a heart to learn and grow. That heart was trained and utilized to do good within the company, while providing me with a stable place to work. I also have a family member with vascular dementia, so making sure that we provide quality and tailored care to our clients is personal to me, as I know how valuable that is to both our clients and their families”.

Robin McNutt, Client Care Manager
