Tiffany is a fellow with the National Readmission Prevention Collaborative and is the Owner and Operations Manager of Home Instead.
She began her journey into the care industry at the age of 9, when she would volunteer her lunch breaks to help feed the children in the special needs classes. By 13, she was helping her Grandma care for a family member where she learned a lot about herself and what she wanted to do. Today, Tiffany has more than 29 years of experience working with seniors and the developmentally disabled. Her company is the only certified hospital readmission prevention team on the Central Coast.
She is a past member of the Lucia Mar Board of Education (2010-2011) and has served as Co-Vice Chair of the San Luis Obispo Adult Services Policy Council (ASPC) and was an active member of the San Luis Obispo County Sheriffs Auxillary Patrol (SAVP) program. Home Instead Senior Care is also a member of the Central Coast Senior Care Alliance Network (CC-SCAN), and the Home Care Association of America.
Tiffany also ensures that the team is delivering the highest quality of care through a robust Quality Assurance call and home visit process. She makes sure the team is aware of current trends and regulations in the home care industry so that Home Instead can set the standard. She is currently the only Home Care employer to offer full-time hours guarantee and benefits to her employees because happy CAREGivers make happy Clients.
