About Us
Meet Our Team

Roger and Pam Boles, Owners
Pam and (Roger Boles - dec 2022) made the Shenandoah Valley their home in 2010 when they became co-owners of Home Instead Senior Care-Verona. Roger sadly passed away in September 2022 of cancer. He was a bright and joyous spirit in the office and community. They enjoyed over 41 years of marriage and together have three grown sons, Stephen, John, (who is currently our General Manager), and Ethan. They have been blessed with nine fun grandchildren: Eli, Zoe, Noah, Gabriel, Luke, Dan, Selah, Justice, and Wyatt.
Roger started a career in healthcare soon after college and had spent many years specializing in the area of Dialysis. Roger's extensive management experience with growing companies was very important as our organization expanded to serve the needs of the surging senior population here in the Shenandoah Valley. An important legacy which he wholeheartedly supported is our commitment to extensive Care Professional training and Quality Assurance programs.
Pam fulfills many roles as the owner of the three-county wide franchise. She is carrying on their commitment of providing a source of support, both to new Care Professionals fulfilling their first assignments as well as to daily operations within the office. She also teaches the EssentiALZ Alzheimer's training. Her background in education along with her empathetic skills make her well suited to the tasks!
Pam and Roger have always enjoyed life and the love of their family, church, and friends. After spending time with her children and grandchildren, Pam enjoys shopping and soaking in the beautiful views of the Shenandoah Valley.

John Boles, General Manager
John has been our General Manager since April 2022. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, manages the office staff, and tends to the billing/payroll. John joined the Home Instead Team in August 2020 as the Assistant to the General Manager. This role provided him the opportunity to learn the various components of the family-owned business while also assisting our then General Manager with specific tasks. John's background is in engineering, previously working as a Flight Test Engineer with Leidos at the Bridgewater Airpark as well as being a Steering Engineer for General Motors. John describes himself as a "car nut" and a motorcycle/outdoor enthusiast. He currently lives in Staunton with his wife, Katie, son Justice, and dog, Drax. He spends his free time with anything involving car repairs or renovations, eating good food, listening to audio books, and swimming/biking/running.

Linda Eutsler, RN, Client Care Manager

She oversees the Client Care Coordinator, Scheduling, and Nursing departments. She also updates personal care training as needed and ensures our Care Pros are compliant with continuing education, annual evaluations and competencies. In addition, she visits clients to clinically assess needs and help make sure that care plans are accurate. Linda is readily available to answer questions and encourages all she works with to be a team player. She and her husband, Eddie, enjoy the beautiful mountain views from their country home. She enjoys spending time with their children, grandchildren, and especially with her grandson, Ashton. Cathy Martin, RN, Staff Nurse
Cathy Martin joined the Home Instead team in March 2019 as a staff nurse. Cathy moved to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley from Roanoke in December 2017 due to a relocation in her husband's employment. She and her husband have been married for 32 years, have two teenage children, and a 10-year-old yellow lab, "Mongo". In her spare time, Cathy enjoys volunteering, working in her church, reading, and spending time with her family.

Terri Register joined the Home Instead team as a staffing coordinator in September 2015. Terri's role is critically important to the company's daily operations as she works closely with our Care Pros to help ensure assignments are filled accurately and timely. Terri's previous experience working as a customer service representative and scheduler at a warehouse built a strong foundation of teamwork, working in a fast-paced environment, and interpersonal skills that are all critical to the success of her current role.
