About Us

Meet Our Team


Kaipo Robello, Owner

Kaipo Robello, a long-time entrepreneur, started his first company in 1993 pursuing his passion for drawing as a screen-printing artist. His company continues to grow among locals in the community and many businesses use his company for high quality shirts. In 2009, he opened up a liquor store and bar located on Pensacola Beach. After being educated on the importance of home care, Kaipo decided to venture out and purchased Home Instead Senior Care in 2017 with his wife. He takes great pride in providing quality care for Seniors and maintaining an enriching workplace for Caregivers. Kaipo enjoys spending time with his wife, and children. When mother nature allows, you can find him surfing.


Stacy Robello, Owner

In 2017, Stacy Robello, became one of the new owners at Home Instead Senior Care of Pensacola. She was a founding employee of the franchise in 1999 until late 2001. After receiving her BA in Elementary Education from the University of West Florida, she left to pursue her career as an educator in one of Florida's top ranked systems; Santa Rosa County School District. But when the Home Instead office was granted their Home Health Agency license from the State of Florida in 2006, Stacy was inspired to return; this time as a Community Educator addressing issues specific to the aging population and as a promoter of the many home care services offered by Home Instead. She helps drive referrals and builds relationships within the provider network of home care. Some of Stacy's affiliations are with the Baptist Women's Board, Escarosa Senior Alliance, Santa Rosa Healthcare Advocates, Healthcare Professionals Association of Northwest Florida, Impact 100, Powerful Women of the Gulf Coast, Pensacola Symphony Orchestra Guild and now a seat with the DOEA Advisory Council. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, going to the beach, running and yoga. Stacy is more enthusiastic than ever and she's excited to continue the tradition of bringing exceptional home care and being a choice employer to the Pensacola community.


Jennifer Cleveland, Client Care Manager

Jennifer has a background in esthetics and worked as an esthetician for many years until working her way up to running spas in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica California. After spending several years in Los Angeles, she decided to move back home to Pensacola. She wanted to have a career change and spent 5 years working for a local doctor. In 2012, She decided to explore working with older adults. This is when she started working for Home Instead and has now been here for 9 years. She has been in sales and management for the last 25 years and she has applied this to her Client Care Management role at Home Instead. She meets with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a service plan. She demonstrates open and effective communication with clients, family members, the franchise owners, colleagues and Caregivers, and referral providers/care providers. When Jennifer is not out in the community, you will find her with her 2 boys or at the beach taking in the scenery.


Robin Hataway, Client Care Coordinator

Robin comes to home instead with a passion for serving others. She challenged the board and became Certified Nursing Assistant in 2012 until changing her career direction. She became a Youth Care Worker in 2016 and quickly became supervisor for the adolescent shelter, working with troubled youth, helping to heal families with conflict and working to rehabilitate youth to remain out of the Juvenile Justice system. Robin came to Home Instead in 2018 and started out as CareGiver Administrative Assistant, then being promoted to scheduling until coming to the Client Care Department. She can always be seen with a friendly smile, and is always happy to help in any situation. In her free time she loves to be outdoors doing anything from camping to kayaking, and spending time with her husband and their families.


Kristen Bourgeois, Service Manager

As Service Manager, Kristen is responsible for successfully directing and coordinating all activities related to client schedules and their plan of care. She strives to ensure she finds the perfect fit for both our CAREGivers and clients. When Kristen is not busy working, she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family. 

Lauryn Gabel

Lauryn Gabel, Service Coordinator

Lauryn assists in a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients. She is responsible for scheduling clients and CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service with an emphasis on creating lasting relationships. When Lauryn is not working she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and two boys. 


Crystal Bremner, HR Manager

Crystal is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and onboarding a staff of CAREGivers that will provide the highest quality care to our clients. She strives to maintain a workplace culture that retains quality CAREGivers. Crystal also assists in making sure the company stays compliant in accordance to AHCA and OSHA standards. When Crystal is not busy working she enjoys taking care of her indoor plants, and spending time with her daughter. 


Amanda Carpenter, HR Engagement Coordinator

Amanda handles the day to day administrative duties of the HR department. She maintains accurate and up-to-date files, records, and documentation, and also serves as an advocate for all CAREGivers.  Amanda is also responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms and maintaining the Home Instead Pensacola website. When Amanda is not working, she enjoys Reading and spending time with her husband and 3 kids. 


Leigh Baker, RN, Training Coordinator

Leigh began her nursing career over 13 years ago. After working in one of our local hospitals and then with hospice, she chose to become an integral part of the Home Instead team as our Training Coordinator. Leigh enjoys teaching our caregivers and sharing her love of caretaking for those in need. Leigh is recognized by the Alzheimer’s Association for being certified in their essentiALZ program, as well as by the University of South Florida as an approved trainer for Alzheimer Disease and Related Disorders. In her free time, Leigh enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 5 amazing grandsons.

Vicki Terrell, Bookkeeper II

With over 30 years of accounting experience and expertise, Vicki has been a great asset to the Home Instead team. Being a Navy wife to her late husband, Paul, gave her the opportunity to travel outside of her hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas. Vicki has previously lived in Pensacola and moved back after 30 years of being away. She enjoys being with her friends, lounging by her pool, and spending time with her two beautiful grandbabies.


Wendy Godwin, Office Coordinator

Wendy is the first smiling face you see when you come into our office, and usually the first happy voice you hear when you call. She is responsible for filtering all calls that come through to the correct departments and assists each department as needed. Originally from Pace, Florida. In her spare time Wendy enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys exercise and spending time at the beach.
