Joe lives in Fort Wayne. Rose lives in Leo. Both live in Allen County and both need dedicated care givers. Home Instead is looking for compassionate and reliable CARE Professionals to drive within various parts of Allen County, our territory. Our typical shift is 4 hours long and we provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes and meet their aging challenges with dignity.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Assist with grooming and bathing
- Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
- Assist with toileting and incontinence issues
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Ability to stay awake and be attentive to the nightly needs of the client

Should be:
- Professional, show initiative, be self-directed, and the ability to work with little supervision
- Goal-oriented and career-minded
Must :
- Be over 18
- Pass a criminal background check
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have current and continuous auto insurance
- Have a dependable car that is for your primary use
- Pass a drug screen
