It was our privilege and delight to be present at a recent graduation of local CNAs held by the Salvation Army.
The Salvation Army partners with local organizations to offer a training program that prepares graduates to take the Certified Nursing Assistant exam. Graduates also receive help finding employment!
Shannon Chan, owner of Home Instead of Fremont, CA, delivered a one-day Alzheimer's workshop to the CNA students and helped to equip them with knowledge they will need to provide home care for our local seniors. It was wonderful to see them again at graduation!
