We are the owners of Home Instead Senior Care located in Portland, Oregon. For many years my wife and I both felt a very strong desire to not only one day own our own company, but to also find a path that would lead us to helping other people, guiding a team and most importantly, better our community. I had the wonderful opportunity to care for my grandfather for a little over 2 years while in college. That experience forever changed my life, an experience that ultimately led me to owning this rewarding business. During our amazing path and discovery of the Home Instead Senior Care business, Aimee and I have been reminded, almost daily, that this is our fate. Aimee has even coined our extraordinary journey and experience as our "Our God Moment". We feel we've found the perfect ingredients to our dream in this amazing opportunity with Home Instead Senior Care. Furthermore, we full heartedly believe in Home Instead Senior Care and the Core Values established by the founders Paul and Lori Hogan.

Brittany is our Managing Director and has been part of the Home Instead Family since 2013. Brittany uses her 17 years of industry knowledge to lead our team in the pursuit of delivering exceptional care to our clients and their families. She also focuses on continuing to create amazing employment experiences for our Care Professionals and Key Players.

Jennifer is our Business Development Manager and has worked for Home Instead since 2008. With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, Jennifer focuses on educating our community on aging related topics and ensuring that others in the health care community know of the resource that Home Instead is. Jennifer works diligently to ensure that our community and families have resources for whatever they may be facing and how Home Instead can come into to be a partner in their journey, no matter what that may look like.

Sara is our Lead Client Care Coordinator and Social Worker. Sara joined our team in 2019 and has continued to infuse her passion and commitment for excellence into every aspect of Client Care. She supports and leads our Client Care Team as they work to ensure that clients and their families are having exceptional experiences with their Care Professionals and our team.

Rachael is one of our Client Care Coordinators who works as a liaison between our clients, their families and our Care Pros. She joined our team in 2021 and has continued to apply her social work background to improving how we support our Care Pros and deliver exceptional care to our clients.

McKenzie joined the Home Instead team in 2021. During her time she has continued to utilize her skills in a variety of ways, from supporting clients through direct care, supporting Care Professionals after hours with any emergent situations they may have, to now supporting clients and their families as a Client Care Coordinator.

Kathy is our Agency Nurse and joined our team in 2021. Kathy utilizes her knowledge to teach and guide our Care Pros on safe Client Care & Medication practices. She oversees all medication practices and advises our team on regulatory compliance.

Jessica is our Client Care & Medication Coordinator. Jessica joined our Home Instead family in 2022, bringing with her over 5 years of nursing background in Skilled Nursing Homes, Home Health and Assisted Livings. Jessica applies her knowledge and skills to supporting our clients and families who need Medication Management.

Allen is our Lead Scheduling Coordinator. With over 20 years’ experience in the senior care industry, he applies his experience and passion to create long lasting relationships between clients and their Care Professionals. He leads our scheduling team as they work to create remarkable pairings between client and Care Professional for everyone we serve.

Charelle is one of our Scheduling Coordinators. She came to us in 2018 with years of first hand experience as a C.N.A and experiences scheduler. Charelle focuses her efforts on learning her clients needs and the skills of her Care Professionals to make the best matches for longer term success.

Kim joined the home instead family in 2012 when she became a Care Professional. For the last few years, she has been part of our administrative team. She is a Scheduling Coordinator and works with both clients and care professionals to find great matches that will create exceptional experiences for both.

Carey is our Lead HR Coordinator and has been part our team since 2018. With over 20 years of Human Resource experience, she focuses on creating engaging and impactful employment experiences for all our Care Professionals. She is continually evaluating our trainings and development strategies to ensure that our Care Professionals are prepared to deliver the highest quality of care they can.

MaryGrace joined our team as a Care Professional in 2019, since then her skills and talents have been utilized in a variety of roles here at Home Instead. Currently MaryGrace devotes her expertise to recruiting and hiring incredible care professionals.

Jenny Joined our team in 2021 as our Client Intake Coordinator. She brings years of experience working with a variety of populations and supporting their individual goals to achieve a higher quality living experience. Jenny works with our families as a guide to starting services with Home Instead, from meeting to discuss services, conducting initial assessments and supporting families through the full onboarding experience.

Madeline began her journey with Home Instead in 2020. While attending Nursing School she worked as a Care Professional, supporting clients through direct care, and has expanded her support to Care Professionals as a member of our after hours on-call team.

Amanda joined our team in 2022 and has been serving seniors as both a Care Professional and as part of our after hours on-call team. She works with our families and Care Professionals and their individual needs that may come up outside of standard business hours to ensure that all are supported and receive a consistent quality experience with Home Instead.

Gretchen has been serving seniors with Home Instead since 2008. She oversees all billing and payroll supporting both our Care Professionals and Clients. She utilizes her years of experience to ensure that both clients and Care Professionals have exceptional experiences and works diligently to prevent unnecessary stressors that can come up in either process.

This is one our Home Instead Vehicles! We have 4 wrapped cars traveling in Clackamas and Multnomah Counties.

Their role is to get our Client Care Manager Team to our senior's homes for visits, care plan updates, help Caregivers who might need something and to spread the word about Home Instead and how we can help!
