Jawan is reliable, thoughtful, and kind. Families continually praise Jawan for his calming presence. The spouse of one of his clients said, “When Jawan is with my husband, I am at peace. I know Jawan is going to care for him exactly how I would. He’s an exceptional young man.”
Jawan began his career with us in January of 2022. For two years, he’s juggled being a full-time student, working with us full-time, and caring for his own grandmother. Still, he finds time to stop by our office and check in on our staff, always asking how he can help.

Chardonnay is reliable, professional, and responsible. She works overnights with her client, who is grateful for her consistency and big smile. Her client said, “Chardonnay is beautiful inside and out. She’s my friend and knowing she’s with me at night gives me peace.”

Elizabeth
Congratulations to our November 2023 Caregiver of the Month, Elizabeth!
Elizabeth is dedicated, compassionate, and has a keen eye for details. Her specialty is working with clients on hospice and their families. On a recent assignment, Elizabeth knew her client didn’t have much time left. She also knew it would have overwhelmed the client’s spouse to have another caregiver, so Elizabeth stayed with the client and his spouse for 23 hours straight until he passed.

Mauri
Our October 2023 Caregiver of the Month is Mauri B.
Mauri is an absolute jewel! It’s very difficult for Mauri’s client to have different caregivers due to her dementia. Knowing this, Mauri volunteered to work with her client seven days a week, rarely taking a day off! “My client and her family have become my family. Being with them everyday gives me purpose.”
