At Home Instead, we understand that providing the best home care in Melrose, MA starts with with ongoing education. On January 22nd, we launched our 2024 training series, led by our Lead Carepro/Trainer, Patti. The first session was "Working With Hospice Clients," equipping caregivers with essential techniques for providing end-of-life support.
The interactive training session included 20 employees all eager to learn throughout our training series. We want to thank the Office Team who managed logistics smoothly, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. With the amount of positive feedback we received, it's clear to see the importance of ongoing education for home care.
As we continue to elevate our standards of home care, we look forward to the upcoming sessions in our training series. Stay tuned for our next training, which will focus on "Working with Parkinson's Disease."
