Young Kim is our September 2021 CAREGiver of the month! She loves working for Home Instead because she has a special place in her heart for her mom and working for Home Instead helps her love and care for other elders like her mom. Young has been complimented multiple times by both clients and CAREGivers for her attentiveness to client’s personal physical and emotional needs. Not only does Young ensure that her client’s feel good on the outside but she puts in the work to make the connection with them and makes them feel good on the inside too. Standing at what seems like four foot nothing, her administrative team jokes that her heart is 20x bigger than she is and she sure knows how to share it. Young is a skilled CAREGiver in many ways and has had a fair share of trials at the beginning of care with a new match. Young chooses to take it on as a challenge to win them over and kill them with kindness and love.
