Loraine Jackson is our May 2022 Professional Caregiver of the Month. Loraine was a family caregiver for her own mother. After her mother passed away, she realized that she really missed caring for others and joined Home Instead. She has been with Home Instead a little more than 10 years. In that time, she has held several different positions in the field and in the office and has always provided excellent care to our clients. Loraine was chosen because she is literally the favorite of every home she works in and every client she helps. Loraine always builds wonderful relationships with her clients. She goes out of her way to make all her clients feel so comfortable and dignified during her care for them.
Loraine’s favorite past time is to cook and bake – and man is she really good at it! Loraine especially enjoys cooking large portions and sharing with friends and family! One of her administrators Elizabeth Alley said “Loraine is one of our absolute best representations of the ideal Home Instead Professional CAREGiver. Her love and of our industry and sincere care for our clients is evident in everything she does.” Some of her favorite things are the color purple, the movie Rear Window, Thanksgiving, and the spring season.
