Nashville November 2021 Professional CAREGiver of the Month - Tamara S.
Tamara Smith is our Professional Caregiver for November. She has always had a passion for caregiving. She has always thought of and described herself as a compassionate person and she feels she gets the opportunity to highlight that through caregiving.
Tamara was chosen as the PCG of the Month because she has a solution mindset. Tamara describes not always having felt confident and that she has had some struggles. Tamara communicates with the office, talks through those struggles, and works to be a part of an ongoing solution. Her Administrator, Shelia Tekoppel, said “Tamara is a person who has chosen to take on her struggles and concerns, professionally, kindly, and with a solution mindset.
Tamara has been open to learning about accountability and now shares it with other people. We are so proud of the positive impact she has had on her clients and how she continues to grow as a CAREGiver and a professional.”
Tamara really enjoys reading and writing in her free time and she is a very creative person. Tamara’s favorite book is “Anything” by Gary Dukav, her favorite TV show is Grey’s Anatomy, and her favorite food is Ethiopian food.
