Say hey to Ricardo the Nashville January Professional CAREGiver of the month. Ricardo has been a CAREGiver near and far, as he was a CAREGiver in California before moving to Tennessee. He sent his resume to Home Instead before he made his move, and they were happy to have add an experienced CAREGiver to the team. The excitement Ricardo has for being a CAREGiver radiates and is so apparent to his clients. It is hard to not feel special around him. He truly has excitement to learn about his clients and being there not just for them but being there with them together as part of their team. Ricardo also loves hiking and spending time in nature. He also enjoys writing poetry and describes himself as a total foodie and loves trying new restaurants. When Ricardo completed Orientation and Training, the admin team agreed he was going to be a fabulous Professional CAREGiver. We feel truly blessed to have Ricardo as part of our Home Instead family and hope he continues to bring joy and love to our Clients for many years to come.
