She is highly regarded for her compassionate demeanor and exceptional problem-solving abilities, consistently striving to ensure top-tier care for clients and a supportive environment for care professionals. Brittany is dedicated to optimizing day-to-day operations and fostering a positive, effective workplace. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys family time, cooking, and unwinding with a good book.

Melanie is a highly experienced professional with 25 years in mental health support, home care management, and client relations. As a Client Manager for Honor, she expertly handles client relationships in NEFL (St. Augustine/Palm Coast), drawing on her extensive knowledge of individual care needs. Previously, she spent 18 years at a Mental Health Resource Center, where she was crucial in maintaining a therapeutic inpatient environment, addressing patient needs, and managing emergencies. Joining Home Instead in 2017, Melanie quickly advanced from Service Coordinator to Director of Client Services, guiding the scheduling department and collaborating with client care coordinators to ensure smooth client integration and current care plans. Her career demonstrates a strong dedication to enhancing well-being and operational efficiency, complemented by her personal joy in family and gardening.

Jacqueline Chapin is a dynamic professional with a strong background in CarePro/Client relationship management, scheduling coordination, and administrative functions. Currently a CPRM for NEFL (St. Augustine/Palm Coast) and SFL (Heinz), she excels at building CarePro relationships and optimizing regional operations. Her career began at 15 with Safety Auto Glass, followed by a role as a Scheduling Coordinator at Home Instead since 2021, and extensive experience in Human Resources, Collections, and Supervisor Escalations at Citi Bank. Outside of her corporate work, Jacqueline is also a successful entrepreneur, co-owning Chapin The Tradesman, LLC, a construction/handyman company, and founding Lilac Sweet Treats, a custom baked goods business. This diverse experience highlights her versatile skills and results-driven approach.

Hello, my name is Amy McWilliams, and I am a Home Care Consultant for Home Instead. I am a native of Jacksonville, Fl. I grew up in the Southside area and attended Bishop Kenny High School followed by the University of North Florida. I married my husband, Brian, in 2002 and we have two wonderful, athletic, children that keep us busy with their sports. I have always had a love for the seniors in our community since I was young. I taught the stretch class at the age of 17 at Memorial Hospital’s fitness center dedicated to seniors. While I attended UNF, I was a caregiver for Home Instead. I gained knowledge of the aging process from my personal experience with seniors on all levels ranging from the need for companionship, to Dementia/Alzheimer’s care, to comforting them in their final days. It was the start of a wonderful journey that I am very thankful for.  Throughout the years leading to my current position, I worked for a geriatric medical supply company, collaborated with medical facilities and senior communities as an Account Executive for home health, and started my own company focusing on exercise routines for seniors in the Assisted Living Facilities. Seeing the residents participate in activities and enjoy them with their peers was and continues to be true happiness for me.  I was given the incredible opportunity to rejoin the Home Instead team in April 2024 in a role that allows me to educate our community on the elite services Home Instead offers to our aging population and I am very thankful to be a part of it. It is a true personal triumph to be able to advocate for the health and wellbeing of our seniors every day.

Lauren Lucchini, a native New Yorker raised in the sunshine of Vero Beach, FL, has forged a career path marked by compassion, community engagement, and a zest for life. Early on, Lauren discovered her passion for making a positive impact, spending summers and holidays volunteering in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, where she brought joy through activities like bingo, caroling, and crafts. Her commitment to service led her to Jacksonville, FL, where she pursued higher education at the University of North Florida, ultimately deciding to make this vibrant city her home.

Lauren's career journey began in the field of social work, where she dedicated herself to helping children, active-duty military personnel, and high-risk families in the Jacksonville community. Her empathetic approach and leadership skills quickly became evident, laying the foundation for a fulfilling professional life. Transitioning into healthcare sales, Lauren found a unique way to blend her passion for advocacy with her desire to assist seniors. In this dynamic role, she not only excels in promoting healthcare solutions but also finds joy in making a positive impact on the lives of the elderly and team around her.

Lauren Lucchini embraces the role of a devoted mother to a vibrant and caring 10-year-old daughter who brings immense joy and purpose to her life. Together, they share a love for swimming, attending Jumbo Shrimp Baseball games, finding solace in their faith at church, and cheering on Lena during her softball matches.
