Kristin Goluska, DSW, MPH, Owner, President

Kristin Dahlquist, DSW, MPH, Owner, President

Kristin Dahlquist, DSW, MPH is the owner and President of the Home Instead that serves, Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Lakewood, Centennial and the surrounding areas. 

Kristin is deeply committed to improving the lives of seniors both locally and nationally. In addition to her experience at several Home Instead franchises, she also worked at the Alzheimer's Association and served as her district's delegate to lobby in Washington, DC for funding for families and research. Personally, Kristin has known Home Instead since it's founding in 1994 - her family became the third family served by Home Instead for her great Aunt Emily. This first hand experience was the catalyst for the dedication she feels to change the face of aging, and change the way we care for our parents here in Colorado. 

She earned a Master's in Public Health from The Ohio State University and her Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Southern California. 

Robert Dahlquist, Co-owner and Vice President

Robert is the co-owner and Vice President for a company that means a lot to him. His great-aunt Emily Dahlquist was the third Home Instead client in the organization's history in 1994. A firm believer in supporting our loved one's wishes to age in place, he ensured both of his parents were granted that same wish.

Robert brings decades of public service and corporate human resources experience to Home Instead, and believes that each of our team members and Professional CAREGivers have unlimited potential to continue to change the face of aging and remain the most trusted source of home care in the world.

Robert stays busy with three wonderful kids and five grandchildren. When he gets the time, he can be found trying new Colorado golf courses with his brother Bill and daughter Kristin. 


Mary Coit, Client Care Manager

Mary takes great pride in helping Home Instead South Denver families find the perfect solution for their home care needs. Mary has been with the company 18 years and leads the team of individuals who are responsible for ensuring each family and each CAREGiver has an unmatched experience with Home Instead. 


Danielle Minch, HR Manager

Danielle Minch specializes in recruiting and maintaining a positive, fulfilling experience for all Home Instead CAREGivers. She was born and raised in Sterling, CO and completed her degree at Colorado State University where she achieved a decorated Volleyball career. She enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and camping, and you will regularly find her cheering on her beloved (and often frustrating) Colorado sports teams.  

Since joining Home Instead in 2017, Danielle’s grandfather has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Seeing her family's experience first-hand, her personal pursuit has aligned with the Company mission; to support aging adults and their families by providing in-home, compassionate, and dedicated CAREGivers. 


Katrina Santos, Business Office Manager

Katrina is a true professional with a knack for detail and innate sense of urgency;  enabling her to work on strict deadlines to ensure Client invoicing and CAREGiver payroll are issued accurately and always on time. Katrina has been with the company for several years, first beginning in the recruitment and engagement of our Professional CAREGivers. When she is not at work, you can find her in the mountains, cycling, or spending time traveling with her boyfriend! 

Daisy Scott, Home Care Consultant

Daisy Scott is the Home Care Consultant which means you can find her meeting new colleagues in the community learning how we can support their efforts and work together to provide the Denver area's older adults a great experience as they age. Daisy earned her degree in healthcare management and has continued her interest in serving the community through volunteering and philanthropy. She spends her free time with her husband Andrew and dog Finn and enjoying her newest hobby, golfing!

Debbie Holmes, Client Care Supervisor

​Debbie works with Home Instead Senior Care families to ensure their loved ones are receiving the absolute best care in Denver.


Kathy Roncaglia, MS, Client Care Supervisor

Kathy Roncaglia earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling. She has over 14 years of experience in case management which allows her to provide each of the families she serves with the abundant resources, advice, and guidance needed to age with dignity and support. She loves helping clients and their families navigate their way through receiving home care. Kathy truly believes that a safe home is the best place seniors can be. Personally, Kathy enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and enduring the Colorado heat with long, outdoor runs! 

Barb Monaghan, Client Care Coordinator

​Pairing a strong business and service background with her inherent love for people, Barb is passionate about building positive, supportive relationships with clients and family members and providing resources to Denver metro families searching for home care options. In addition to her responsibility of being the first voice a family hears when inquiring about home care services, Barb is the proverbial glue that keeps all functions occurring within the office running seamlessly. 

Barb is also the manager of our home care tablets - a technology that is offered to each family - free of charge - to create a high tech, high touch experience allowing us to provide an unmatched experience for each client and their family.

Rebecca Rinn, CAREGiver Experience Coordinator

Becca is the Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator with Home Instead. She attended Metro State University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science with a focus in Psychology. She is currently enrolled at Colorado State University and is on her way to earning a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management. Becca loves working in the HR department here at Home Instead because of all the amazing CAREGivers she gets to know on a daily basis. When she isn't working, Becca loves spending time with her family, being outdoors, and playing tennis.

Laura Blake, Lead Trainer

With years of home care experience, Laura leads the Training Team to ensure all new and existing CAREGivers receive in depth and comprehensive training both as a new employee and throughout their tenure with Home Instead South Denver.

Ashlee Kowalsky, Service Manager

Ashlee Kowalsky earned her degree in healthcare management and has always known she wanted a career in healthcare. Ashlee is organized, proficient, and personable which allows her to lead the department responsible for matching our Professional CAREGivers with our seniors to provide an unmatched home care experience. In Ashlee's free time, she enjoys working out, working on her short-game on the golf course, and reading. 

Kelly Winslett, Service Coordinator

Kelly is new to home care, but not to giving care.  A former stay home mom, Kelly has her bachelor's in business management and finds great joy in helping others.  As a new Denver resident, she is always up for a challenge, climbing her first 14er within months of moving to the area.  

As a resident of the KC metro area for 17 years, Kelly enjoyed volunteering in her community.  In 2016 she raised $30k with her family and shaved her head for the American Cancer Society's "Shave to Save" in honor of her late mother.

After 20 years of marriage Kelly still enjoys her husband's company.  The two are avid soccer fans who love to hike, bike and ski.  They have 3 children and are so happy to be living in the great state of Colorado.


Kenna Wilburn, Service Coordinator

Kenna facilitates the best CAREGiver match for each of our Clients and coordinates and maintains our Client/CAREGiver service schedules. Kenna brings a brightness to the scheduling department, leaving each day grateful and saying, "that was a really good day, right guys?!" She spends her free time with her mom, her boyfriend, and exploring her passion for music! 



Layla Rabih, Interim Client Care Supervisor

Layla Ali Rabih earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development with a concentrated minor in coaching. After owning and operating her own businesses, she felt a desire to work in her field doing things more beneficial to society. Since 2016 at Home Instead, she has been able to fulfill that desire by working closely with CAREGivers, clients and families.  Her education, experience and passion for helping others, gives her the ability to build meaningful relationships and to serve her community. In her personal life, she enjoys spending as much time as she can with her family, playing basketball or running for a workout, and baking/cooking for anyone who walks through her door!


Fanny Mukendi, Lead CAREGiver

Fanny began as a Professional CAREGiver 7 years ago at Home Instead and has become an integral part of our field supervision efforts. Fanny brought many years of caregiving experience prior to her career at Home Instead, allowing her to be the perfect face to support a Professional CAREGiver in the home of our seniors. She earned her B.S. from DeVry University in 2021. She lives in Denver with her husband and three children. 

Fanny's motto is that happiness comes when you believe in what you are doing, know what you are doing, and love what you are doing!

Maggie Butler, Office Coordinator

Maggie Butler is the Office Coordinator - or Director of First Impressions! She has a degree in Human Services from Loyola University of Chicago and began her career at Home Instead in Denver. A well-rounded, happy, go-getter, Maggie has taken on projects and responsibilities in the departments of accounting, human resources, and service coordination. Maggie is truly a jack of all trades! In her free time, you can find her (or perhaps you can't find her) dispersed camping in the Rocky Mountains!
