Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the healthcare or senior care industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful business relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
