We are looking for a Client Care Manager with a great personality, strong listening skills, and the ability to multitask to manage daily calls with families in search of a trustworthy and meaningful solution for the needs of their aging loved one.

In this role you will oversee and coordinate the entire experience of our clients - from the first meeting to managing their care in the home daily. It is, bar none, the most rewarding job in Denver!

POSITION DETAILS

  • Full-time, 5 days per week (flexible) but must include Saturday and Sunday. Can consider a 4x10 workweek
  • Conduct calls with families and aging adults who inquire about our service (inbound calls)
  • Coordinate initial meeting with families and our field staff
  • Oversee the complete cycle of the client experience
  • Manage the Client's care plan, oversee the Professional Care Professionals, and ensure excellent service experience
  • Assist company's marketing and quality care field teams as needed
  • Work in a friendly and open air office environment

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Amazing sense of humor
  • Strong Computer and Technology Skills preferred (Microsoft Suite and willingness/ability to learn internal systems)
  • Strong Team Player—willing to pitch in where needed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as ability to listen effectively
  • Effective interpersonal skills essential as well as sound judgment and good decision making skills
  • Leadership Abilities – this position has room to grow
  • Willingness to provide personal care services in the event of an emergency
  • Able to complete a criminal background, MVR, drug screen & reference checks
  • Experience in consultative sales (preferred)
  • Knowledge of long term care options such as home care, assisted living, hospice, or skilled nursing (preferred)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
