Staffing Coordinator

Home Instead is looking for a multi-tasker to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This role is at the center of the business with the main responsibility of connecting our caregiving workforce with the needs of our senior clients. This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to motivate and inspire a team, and effectively respond to the changing needs of the seniors we serve. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling clients and CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with an emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships. The Coordinator will work with other Staffing professionals on our team to ensure all of our Clients and Caregivers needs are met. They will handle any in-office support needs, and coordinate their efforts with the HR team. What’s required? The ability to supervise multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
