My caregivers provide for all necessary and often times beyond the care I need. They are pleasant to spend time with. The plan is implemented by the caregivers in an efficient manner. Cora, Jaqwana, and Gwen are the best!

Home Instead is a godsend! When my husband fell ill a few years ago we were able to find wonderful caregivers through them. As my husband got weaker I needed more help with his personal care. That’s when Jordan was sent to us. By the end of his first shift I called Home Instead and asked they make him our regular. Jordan is the most personable, professional, friendly, caring and loving person! He never has to be reminded of what to do, but more importantly he has become my husband’s best friend. They hold wonderful conversations together and enjoy each other’s company. It’s not often a younger person can relate to the elderly. I cannot say enough about Jordan. He goes over and beyond and I have to believe he’s that great with all his clients.

Home Instead has been a such a positive influence in the care of my husband. Amber is very supportive and attentive to my husband’s needs. Thank you!!

My caregiver Melloney C. is the best of the best. She always goes over and beyond to make sure that I am well taken care of and also helps with suggestions that make life a little easier with my limitations. She certainly should be recognized for employee of the month. Also, my other caregiver, Litzi R. is also terrific at what she does and also a great companion. Love them both

11/14/24. I had to update my review. A close friend wanted to spend his last days at home and Home Instead was called. We spoke to Kelli and she was understanding, kind and patient. She listened to us and found the best caregivers for our specific needs. This has been hard to go through but Home Instead made it easier on everyone. Kelli truly went over and beyond. Thank you.

With my sister-in-law in Hospice, my brother asked the Concord Home Instead office to help. I was the “on-the-scene support staff” and for the first-time receiver and not the provider of homecare services. The Caregivers sent to Mary’s aid were first-rate; they arrived on time every time, knowing what to do and when. They were responsive, kind, moving at Mary’s pace, soft-spoken, gentle, and encouraging. When downtimes occurred, they found something helpful to do, allowing my brother to rest. Together with the Hospice company, Mary’s end was as peaceful and comfortable as possible.

I have worked with this Home Instead franchise/team for almost two decades and I have to say they are top notch! Their professionalism and knowledge of senior companion care and the needs of their community are some of the best I have ever seen. I want to send an extra special kudos to Natalie their lead RN and Leah their marketing representative for their partnership and dedication to representing Home Instead extremely well. For excellent, compassionate non-medical in-home care, they are a step above the rest!

I've met Nurse Natalie at different local marketing events, along with Leah they represent Home Instead with class and an eagerness to be professional and informative and helpful.

We contacted Home Instead in January 2023 for an evening caregiver for our 87 year old Pop who lives alone and has dementia. Gabby was great in answering our questions, listening to our requests and concerns and matching us with the perfect person! Sherry is always there as scheduled and goes above what’s expected when caring for our Pop. She is very patient and kind, keeps his home very clean, and always has a smile on her face! She is able to take care of issues(such as showering) that we have struggled with. She seems to genuinely care for him and our family. She allows us to relax knowing he is safe and happy. This team is a unicorn: efficient and empathetic. They are responsive and respectful with family members who manage senior caregiving, and communicate promptly and thoroughly. Home Instead/Cabarras is enabling my very elderly mother to continue in her independent living apartment as long as possible. We're very glad to collaborate with them on her care.
The people at Home Instead took excellent care of my dad. Everyone including the office staff, the nurses and the caregivers that came to his home were wonderful and treated him very well. Dad benefited tremendously from the assistance the caregivers provided and really enjoyed their companionship. I highly recommend Home Instead to anyone in need of in home care.

As a full time care giver for my wife who loves to craft, I needed some temporary help. I was looking for someone who was an organizer to help with her craft room and able help take care for her. We contacted Home Instead and they set out to find someone to fill our needs. They found exactly what we needed and what we thought was going to be a temporary situation, turned into someone we could not do without. She is always here on time and ready for whatever is needed from her. She and my wife have a great relationship and besides organizing the craft room, she has my wife once again doing what she loves, crafting. She has also given me the help I needed to get some much needed rest. We have no plans on letting her go. Home Instead worked with us to find exactly what we needed! Thanks Home Instead!
I want to tell you about my amazing caregiver. She has made my life so much better and easier. She has an outgoing personality. I look forward to seeing her on the days she cares for me. She does what every caregiver should do. She cooks my meals for me. She keeps my house clean and she keeps me clean. Most of all she listens and talks to me as a friend. Our conversations are unlimited. We talk about many things. I don’t know what I would do without her. God bless my caregiver and Home Instead
We hired Home Instead for home health aide following my mother-in-laws mastectomy. We have been using them for one week and are scheduled for next week as well. First, they are reasonably price for home health aide :) !
From the first phone call, to meeting the staff that helped mom, EVERYONE has not only been professional, but absolutely friendly and delightful, so easy to talk to, eager to help in any manner, give consistent care, always smiling and positive, and just all around good people!! Never once did I feel uncomfortable or have doubts after meeting the staff. Sabra came with Dawn on her first day, which I thought was awesome. It showed me that they were a team and very supportive of each other! I showed them around the house, let them know the goals for the day, and light house keeping duties that could be performed. Dawn has been a dream! She radiates helpfulness and joy! When she helped mom with her shower, I think she got more wet than mom! Lol! But mom was super comfortable and felt very safe with Dawns help transferring in and out of the shower, and helping wash what she couldn’t reach. Much love and care was taken with the way she has been with mom. Alma came on Wednesday. Sabra came with her to get acclimated on her first day as well. Alma is currently in nursing school, which just proves she was here for the right reason. This is her passion to take care of people! That warmed my heart! All her actions, helpfulness, and positive attitude brightened moms day! Something mom mentioned to me was, “Ya know, I never once saw Alma on her cell phone.” For an 8 hour shift I think that speaks for itself! With both Dawn and Alma they have gone above and beyond what we asked for or expected!! When I asked them to document certain items like time meds given, basic vitals, and drain management, each was very thorough and did exactly how I asked. When you are trusting someone else with your loved one’s care, it can be frightening and uncomfortable. However, there has NOT been one experience since my first call to Home Instead that made me have any doubts or concerns!!
God has placed these Angels to help and protect my mom when we can’t be there. They are Angels!! 
We had Home Instead Senior Care for my mother before she passed away. The caregiver was great. They sat with her, did light housework, prepared the food and helped her up and down and out of the bed. Our experience was great, I didn't have any problems at all. They were always on time and always did everything that we asked them to do.
I called Home Instead at my father's request for help. He lives alone, and he was forgetting to take medicine, getting confused while driving, and having some difficulty with daily chores like laundry. I work full time and have three teens, so it was just not possible for me to be there to help during the week. The caregivers from Home Instead have taken him on errands, done light housework, and kept him company in general. It has been easy to change the number of days someone comes by when necessary. Home Instead allows my dad to keep living by himself, and that is important to him.
I have been very pleased with the help provided by this agency. My parents look forward to her arrival every day and she is willing to do whatever is needed be it cooking, cleaning or just a friendly chat!
We are using Home Instead for my mother. Everything seems good so far. The caregiver comes twice a week for companionship, medicine reminders, bathing reminders, and cleaning task reminders. I don't have any issues.
