Meet Our Team

Andy & Brittney, Owners
Andy and Brittney are no strangers to caring for and serving people in their local community; with Brittney’s background in cosmetology and Andy’s in managing medical practices, their experience covers all ends of the spectrum. Their journey in senior care began at the Home Instead Global Headquarters in Omaha, NE. After witnessing the heart and soul put into equipping each Home Instead franchise with the knowledge, training, resources and skills needed to effectively run the best senior in-home care company across the world, they couldn’t wait to own a Home Instead of their own! Andy and Brittney relocated from Omaha to Lincoln to live and be available to the community in which they serve. They are blessed to be able to enhance the lives of seniors and their loved ones by providing unmatched in-home care as well as the opportunity to employ Care Professionals locally to live out their calling!

Brooke, Operations Manager
Brooke joined Home Instead in January of 2015 as a Service Coordinator and then was promoted to Service Manager. Brooke is now the Operations Manager. Brooke has a degree in Medical Administration and she has several years of experience working with seniors. Brooke oversees our administrative and caregiving team. She has a passion for developing strong relationships with our Care Professionals and clients and enjoys interacting with them daily. Brooke is persistent in overcoming challenges as they arise and looks forward to the variety that her position brings every day. Brooke enjoys spending time with her two boys, family and friends whether that be at the lake, at one of their sporting events or just relaxing at home!

Cheryl, Office Coordinator
Cheryl joined Home Instead in January of 2013. She is the friendly face who greets visitors to our office, answers and directs calls and helps out wherever she is needed. She joined the team as an Office Coordinator in January of 2013. She loves visiting with clients, their families and Care Professionals when they call or visit the office. Cheryl truly loves working at Home Instead and enhancing the lives of our Seniors!
Employee Engagement

Vicki, Hiring and Compliance Coordinator
Vicki joined Home Instead in November 2017 as part of the scheduling team. During that time, she developed strong relationships with the Care Professionals and gained perspective on what it takes to make a great match between our clients and Care Pros. Vicki has pivoted her role and now works even more closely with Care Pros as the Hiring and Compliance Coordinator. She is ready to find the quality talent needed to care for our community and is sure to have fun while doing it! Born and raised in Lincoln, Vicki and her husband John raise three spunky girls, Danika, Ariana and Koraline. They love a new adventure!

Misty, Training and Engagement Coordinator
Misty joined Home Instead in March of 2023. She previously worked with individuals with developmental disabilities and as agency staffing for facilities. Misty loves being able to help other people in any way that she can. She keeps busy with her two kids and partner! They love being outdoors when the weather is nice to fish, camp and more!

Gabby, Recruitment Coordinator
Gabby joined Home Instead in January of 2023 as the Recruitment Coordinator. She is originally from Albany, New York, and moved to Nebraska to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Gabby studies psychology and communications and has always had a passion for serving the community and being a mental health advocate. As the recruitment coordinator, she is excited to find passionate Care Professionals to join the Home Instead team.
Client Care

Kirby, Business Development Manager
Kirby joined Home Instead in September of 2021 as the Public Relations Intern. She has since been promoted to Business Development Coordinator and then Manager. She oversees our client care team and recruiting efforts. Kirby is originally from Leesburg, Virginia, and came to Nebraska to be closer to her extended family and attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She loves working with our community partners to provide the best possible care to clients. Her favorite thing to do is lead our volunteer efforts in the community and truly get to know the people around her and how she can better serve them.

Lindsay, Client Care Coordinator
Lindsay joined the Home Instead team in January of 2023 as part of the Client Care Team. She has worked in higher education for the past 15 years, in Iowa, Nebraska and southern California. Lindsay is excited to work with clients and their families to ensure great care and to be part of their team, as they navigate changing care needs. Lindsay and her husband Nate have a blended family, with four amazing kids, Connor, Lexi, West and Decker. Lindsay can be found at Target or Costco buying snacks for her crew or attending their varied sporting events/activities. She has never-ending energy and loves the beach!

Ericka, Client Care Coordinator
Ericka joined our team as a Client Care Coordinator in October of 2022. Ericka has worked in health care services and developmental disabilities services for approximately seven years. Working alongside clients and making sure that they are getting the care they need and deserve, is something that she always strives for. She loves being a voice for people that cannot speak for themselves and making sure that their opinions, wants and needs are fully met. When she is not at work, she enjoys caring for her foster children and family.
Service Coordinators

Angie, Lead Service Coordinator
Angie joined the Home Instead team in April of 2022. She moved to Lincoln in 2004 and much of her professional background is in dental insurance. Angie made the switch to personal wellness in 2021 at the Cooper YMCA, where she still teaches some senior classes. In her free time, she and her husband are always busy chasing their four children to one of their many activities.

Missy, On-Call Coordinator
Missy joined Home Instead in March of 2016 as a Care Professional. She has been providing care for over 20 years. She started with Home Instead as a Care Professional in March of 2016 and as an On-Call Coordinator in February. Missy loves being able to provide peace of mind to our clients and their families. When not working, she stays active with her daughter's school and gardening. She loves puns, history, crafting and making people laugh.

Breanne, On-Call Coordinator
Breanne joined Home Instead in December of 2020 as a Care Professional and loved being able to cultivate relationships with her clients and be the happy part of their week. After being a Care Pro for a year, she accepted a position to be part of the On-Call Coordinator team and has really been enjoying that as well. She was born and raised here in Lincoln and enjoys the simple Nebraska life with her husband, three young daughters and son!
